Un apartament din Bucure\u0219ti se vindea, \u00een intervalul iulie-septembrie 2024, cu 1.236 euro\/mp \u00een cartierul Ferentari, cu 1.295 euro\/mp \u00een Prelungirea Ghencea \u0219i cu 1.294 de euro\/mp \u00een Giurgiului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spre compara\u021bie, o locuin\u021b\u0103 putea fi achizi\u021bionat\u0103 cu 2.736 euro\/mp \u00een Doroban\u021bi, cu 2.759 euro\/mp \u00een zona Aviatorilor-Kiseleff \u0219i cu peste 3.000 euro\/mp, dac\u0103 era situat\u0103 \u00een vecin\u0103tatea Parcului Her\u0103str\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Cluj-Napoca, un apartament pozi\u021bionat \u00een cartierul Bun\u0103 Ziua se vindea la un pre\u021b aproximativ de 2.924 euro\/mp, \u00een timp ce o locuin\u021b\u0103 similar\u0103, aflat\u0103 la periferie, cum ar fi \u00een zona Iris, putea fi achizi\u021bionat\u0103 cu doar 2.418 euro\/mp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Timi\u0219oara, un apartament se vindea cu 2.098 euro\/mp dac\u0103 se afla \u00een zona ultracentral\u0103 a ora\u0219ului, pre\u021bul sc\u0103z\u00e2nd la 1.418 euro\/mp dac\u0103 era amplasat \u00een zona Fratelia-Steaua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desigur, prestigiul cartierului \u00een care se afl\u0103 locuin\u021ba, dar \u0219i mijloacele de transport aflate la dispozi\u021bie \u0219i vecin\u0103t\u0103\u021bile acesteia trebuie luate \u0219i ele \u00een considerare atunci c\u00e2nd stabile\u0219ti valoarea propriet\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.
