Iat\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2teva aspecte practice la care ar trebui s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Costul locuin\u021belor \u00een zona respectiv\u0103:<\/h2>\n<p>De\u0219i trata\u021bi separat, pre\u021bul \u0219i localizarea unei propriet\u0103\u021bi sunt, de fapt, doi factori afla\u021bi \u00een str\u00e2ns\u0103 interdependen\u021b\u0103: cu c\u00e2t zona este mai bun\u0103, cu at\u00e2t pre\u021bul locuin\u021bei va fi mai mare. Dintre marile ora\u0219e ale \u021b\u0103rii, Capitala prezint\u0103 cea mai mare diferen\u021b\u0103 de pre\u021b \u00eentre diferite cartiere: preten\u021biile v\u00e2nz\u0103torilor pornesc de la sub 1.000 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util \u00een partea de sud a ora\u0219ului (\u00een cartiere precum Berceni, Rahova, Giurgiului), dar ajung la peste 1.600 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat \u00een Unirii \u0219i la circa 2.500 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util \u00een nord (\u00een Kiseleff-Aviatorilor \u0219i Her\u0103str\u0103u-Nordului). Aceste diferen\u021be sunt, de fapt, favorabile cump\u0103r\u0103torilor, \u00eentruc\u00e2t fiecare are, cel pu\u021bin teoretic, \u0219ansa de a g\u0103si ceva pe potriva sa.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Apropierea de locul de munc\u0103:<\/h2>\n<p>Apropierea de locul de munc\u0103, dar \u0219i fa\u021b\u0103 de alte puncte zilnice de interes (\u0219coal\u0103, gr\u0103dini\u021b\u0103 etc.), reprezint\u0103 un aspect ce va avea o influen\u021b\u0103 considerabil\u0103 asupra vie\u021bii tale de zi cu zi. \u00cendeosebi \u00een ora\u0219ele mari \u0219i, mai ales, \u00een Capital\u0103, unde traficul rutier este o problem\u0103 tot mai acut\u0103, este recomandat s\u0103 te mu\u021bi (pe c\u00e2t posibil) c\u00e2t mai aproape de serviciu (dar nu numai), pentru a reduce astfel timpul pe care \u00eel vei petrece \u00een trafic.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Accesul la mijloacele de transport:<\/h2>\n<p>Str\u00e2ns legat de ideea de mai sus este accesul la mijloacele de transport \u00een comun, fie c\u0103 vorbim de cele de suprafa\u021b\u0103 (autobuze, trolee, tramvaie), fie de cel subteran (doar \u00een cazul Bucure\u0219tiului). Acest aspect poate reprezenta o real\u0103 problem\u0103 \u00een ora\u0219ele care s-au bucurat \u00een ultimii ani de o intens\u0103 dezvoltare reziden\u021bial\u0103, ce a echivalat, practic, cu o extindere a ora\u0219ului (cum sunt Capitala \u0219i Cluj-Napoca). Un punct forte important pentru o proprietate este, \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, apropierea de metrou: acesta reprezint\u0103 cel mai rapid mijloc de transport, datorit\u0103 faptului c\u0103 elimin\u0103 problema traficului.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Facilit\u0103\u021bile existente:<\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen alegerea zonei \u00een care vei locui, ar trebui s\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti \u0219i la \u201efacilit\u0103\u021bile\u201d oferite de aceasta. Situa\u021bia nu este \u00eens\u0103 \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00eentre alb sau negru, a\u0219a c\u0103, \u00eenainte de a te pronun\u021ba categoric \u00eempotriva unei anumite zone, este recomandat s\u0103 discu\u021bi cu persoane care chiar locuiesc acolo.<\/p>\n<h2>6.
