Cea de-a doua modalitate de lucru, cu o popularitate cresca\u0302nd\u0103 i\u0302n ultimii ani, implic\u0103 semnarea unui contract de reprezentare exclusiv\u0103, prin care un singur broker devine \u201eresponsabil\u201d pentru g\u0103sirea unei oportunit\u0103\u021bi de investi\u021bie care s\u0103 corespund\u0103 cerin\u021belor \u0219i posibilit\u0103\u021bilor tale.<\/p>\n<p>Unul dintre principalele avantaje ale intermedierii ar fi c\u0103, lucra\u0302nd cu mai mul\u021bi agen\u021bi imobiliari, \u0219ansele de a g\u0103si o proprietate care s\u0103 corespund\u0103 cerin\u021belor tale sunt, cel pu\u021bin teoretic, mai mari.
