Iat\u0103, deci, aspectele majore de care ar trebui s\u0103 \u021bii cont din acest punct de vedere:<\/p>\n<h2>1. Renovarea<\/h2>\n<p>Dac\u0103 ai achizi\u021bionat o locuin\u021b\u0103 ce are nevoie de ceva renov\u0103ri, \u0219i acestora trebuie s\u0103 le acorzi o aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103. Chiar dac\u0103 locuin\u021ba se afl\u0103, per ansamblu, i\u0302ntr-o stare bun\u0103 \u0219i nu ar p\u0103rea s\u0103 aib\u0103 nevoie de mari i\u0302mbun\u0103t\u0103\u021biri, \u0219anse sunt c\u0103 tot vei g\u0103si ca\u0302te ceva de reparat. I\u0302n orice caz, o zugr\u0103veal\u0103 nou\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o cerin\u021b\u0103 de baz\u0103 pentru igienizarea unei locuin\u021be vechi.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Cur\u0103\u021benia<\/h2>\n<p>O a\u0219teptare de bun sim\u021b din partea oric\u0103rui chiria\u0219 \u2013 dar nu numai! \u2013 este s\u0103 se poat\u0103 muta i\u0302ntr-o cas\u0103 ca\u0302t mai curat\u0103. Mai i\u0302nainte de a scoate proprietatea pe pia\u021b\u0103, a\u0219adar, asigur\u0103-te c\u0103 aceasta este bine pus\u0103 la punct. Cur\u0103\u021benia reprezint\u0103 o condi\u021bie esen\u021bial\u0103, chiar \u0219i pentru locuin\u021bele nou-construite \u2013 acestea au nevoie de o bun\u0103 \u201e\u0219motruial\u0103\u201d pentru a cur\u0103\u021ba praful, vopseaua etc. l\u0103sate i\u0302n urm\u0103 de muncitori.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Mobilat sau nemobilat?<\/h2>\n<p>Odat\u0103 ce te-ai ocupat de aspectele mai sus men\u021bionate, probabil c\u0103 vei ajunge i\u0302n punctul acestei alegeri: s\u0103 optezi pentru i\u0302nchirierea unei locuin\u021be nemobilate sau mobilate? I\u0302n general vorbind, apartamentele mobilate sunt cele mai c\u0103utate, dat fiind c\u0103 pentru chiria\u0219i este greu s\u0103 se mute din loc i\u0302n loc cu tot cu mobil\u0103. Asta nu i\u0302nseamn\u0103 i\u0302ns\u0103 c\u0103 un apartament sau cas\u0103 nemobilate nu pot fi i\u0302nchiriate.
