Fii sincer &#8211; de la i\u0302nceput!<\/h2>\n<p>Pentru a face o bun\u0103 impresie i\u0302n fa\u021ba proprietarului sau pentru a evita eventualele conflicte, mul\u021bi chiria\u0219i sunt tenta\u021bi s\u0103 ascund\u0103 anumite lucruri de ace\u0219tia. Crezi sau nu, sinceritatea are beneficiile ei: dac\u0103 proprietarul are i\u0302ncredere i\u0302n tine, poate c\u0103 va dispus la anumite compromisuri ca\u0302nd vei avea nevoie de i\u0302n\u021belegere.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Respect\u0103-i cerin\u021bele\/regulile<\/h2>\n<p>Fiecare cas\u0103 este diferit\u0103 \u0219i, la fel, fiecare proprietar. Unii vor fi mai relaxa\u021bi, i\u0302n vreme ce al\u021bii vor avea reguli ceva mai stricte. Atunci ca\u0302nd ai c\u0103zut de acord cu proprietarul, ai acceptat, i\u0302n mod implicit, \u0219i \u201eregulile\u201d sale. Pl\u0103te\u0219te-\u021bi chiria la timp<\/h2>\n<p>I\u0302n mod firesc, un alt punct deosebit de important i\u0302n ochii unui proprietar const\u0103 i\u0302n plata la timp a chiriei. Dac\u0103 a\u021bi stabilit o anumit\u0103 dat\u0103 a lunii i\u0302n aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103, f\u0103 tot posibilul s\u0103 o ai i\u0302n vedere \u0219i s\u0103 o respec\u021bi. I\u0302n cazul i\u0302n care, din motive obiective, te g\u0103se\u0219ti la un moment dat i\u0302n situa\u021bia de a i\u0302nta\u0302rzia cu plata, nu te face c\u0103 ai uitat, din dorin\u021ba de a evita o situa\u021bie nepl\u0103cut\u0103. Ai grij\u0103 de cas\u0103 ca \u0219i cum ar fi a ta<\/h2>\n<p>O condi\u021bie esen\u021bial\u0103 i\u0302n p\u0103strarea unei bune rela\u021bii cu proprietarul este aten\u021bia acoradat\u0103 i\u0302ntre\u021binerii propriet\u0103\u021bii.
