O analiz\u0103 realizat\u0103 la nivel global arunc\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 umbre de \u00eendoial\u0103 asupra stabilit\u0103\u0163ii acestei cereri. Potrivit unui raport al firmei de consultan\u0163\u0103 AT Kearney, \u00een 2011 Rom\u00e2nia nu se mai reg\u0103se\u015fte \u00een topul 30 al celor mai atractive pie\u0163e emergente atractive pentru retailerii interna\u0163ionali. Spre compara\u0163ie, anul trecut, \u0163ara noastr\u0103 se situa pe locul 28 \u00een acela\u015fi clasament. Motiva\u0163ia din spatele sc\u0103derii atractivit\u0103\u0163ii Rom\u00e2niei pe plan interna\u0163ional ar fi, \u00een cele din urm\u0103, puterea sc\u0103zut\u0103 de cump\u0103rare a rom\u00e2nilor, reflectat\u0103 de situa\u0163ia economic\u0103 a \u0163\u0103rii. \u201eEuropa de Est este o regiune divers\u0103, \u00een care mai multe pie\u0163e au ie\u015fit din top, din cauza ratelor reduse de cre\u015ftere a segmentului de retail, dar \u015fi a produsului intern brut, comparativ cu America Latin\u0103, Orientul Mijlociu sau Asia\u201d, explic\u0103 autorii raportului. Performan\u0163ele economice \u00eenregistrate de Rom\u00e2nia par s\u0103 justifice explica\u0163ia consultan\u0163ilor AT Kearney. Ea spune c\u0103, \u00een cadrul celui mai mare t\u00e2rg de retail din Europa, desf\u0103\u015furat anual la Cannes &#8211; MAPIC, retailerii nu erau foarte interesa\u0163i de intrarea pe pia\u0163a rom\u00e2neasc\u0103, Polonia fiind punctul major de interes \u00een acest sens. \u201cTotu\u015fi, intrarea pe pia\u0163\u0103 a H&#038;M, care a ocupat spa\u0163ii \u00een principalele centre comerciale, a Leroy Merlin &#8211; care va deschide primul magazin din Rom\u00e2nia \u00een cadrul Colosseum, dar \u015fi a m\u0103rcilor de lux Emporio Armani \u015fi Gucci arat\u0103 c\u0103 ne \u00eendrept\u0103m \u00een direc\u0163ia cea bun\u0103, dar mai avem drum de parcurs\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 Ravon. Aceasta spune c\u0103 interesul comercian\u0163ilor interna\u0163ionali se \u00eendreapt\u0103 \u00een special pentru Bucure\u015fti, dar \u015fi pentru alte ora\u015fe din \u0163ar\u0103, precum Cluj, Timi\u015foara, Ploie\u015fti, Gala\u0163i. \u201eCunosc retaileri interna\u0163ionali care doresc s\u0103 se dezvolte de exemplu \u00een Bucure\u015fti \u015fi nu au spa\u0163iu \u00een mallurile vizate. Potrivit unui <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/spatii-comerciale\/romania-pe-locul-3-in-topul-tarilor-cu-cele-mai-multe-branduri-noi-in-2010_db\/\">studiu realizat recent de CB Richard Ellis (CBRE)<\/a>, din punctul de vedere al prezen\u0163ei retailerilor interna\u0163ionali, Rom\u00e2nia se clasa pe locul 33, dintr-un total de 73 de \u0163\u0103ri analizate. Pe segmentul de lux, spre exemplu, doar 7% din brandurile prezente la nivel global s-au extins \u015fi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, ceea ce arat\u0103 c\u0103 pia\u0163a autohton\u0103 ofer\u0103 un poten\u0163ial important de cre\u015ftere, spun reprezentan\u0163ii CBRE. \u201cNe uit\u0103m \u00eens\u0103 cu foarte mare ner\u0103bdare \u015fi c\u0103tre alte m\u0103rci pe care le a\u015ftept\u0103m &#8211; cum ar fi TK Maxx sau Primark, care sunt foarte competitivi din punctul de vedere al pre\u0163urilor \u015fi vor avea un aport foarte important pe pia\u0163a de retail rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 &#8211; pentru a vedea o diferen\u0163iere real\u0103 \u00eentre malluri din punctul de vedere al m\u0103rcilor\u201d, adaug\u0103 reprezentanta King Sturge\/Jones Lang LaSalle. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Brazilia \u015fi China, pie\u0163e-gigant, \u00een care PIB cre\u015fte alert<\/strong><br \/>\nAnul acesta, \u00een topul pie\u0163elor cele mai atractive pentru retaileri se situeaz\u0103 Brazilia, urmat\u0103 fiind de Uruguay, Chile, India \u015fi Kuweit. De\u0163in\u0103toarea primului loc \u00een clasament \u00een 2010, China, a c\u0103zut \u00een 2011 pe locul al \u015faselea. America de Sud a \u00eenregistrat cel mai mare avans \u00een clasament, \u00een contextul unei cre\u015fteri cu 6% a Produsului Intern Brut. Brazilia ocup\u0103 prima pozi\u0163ie, av\u00e2nd o cre\u015ftere estimat\u0103 a PIB de 5% \u00een urm\u0103torii c\u00e2\u0163iva ani. Aceast\u0103 \u0163ar\u0103 are o popula\u0163ie numeroas\u0103, majoritar urban\u0103 \u015fi a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u015ftere semnificativ\u0103 a v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor de retail.
