Potrivit <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicelui imobiliare.ro<\/a>, pe parcursul lui 2011 ieftinirile locuin\u0163elor au alternat cu mici cre\u015fteri, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t trendul general a fost unul u\u015for descendent. <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/apartamente\/ce-se-ascunde-in-spatele-stagnarii-preturilor-la-apartamente-scaderi-pe-vechi-cresteri-pe-nou_db\/\">Evolu\u0163ia anual\u0103 a fost u\u015for diferit\u0103 pe segmentul vechi \u015fi cel nou <\/a>\u2013astfel, dac\u0103 \u00een cel dint\u00e2i caz traiectoria pre\u0163urilor a fost mai degrab\u0103 una descendent\u0103, \u00een cel de-al doilea situa\u0163ia a fost invers\u0103. A\u015fa se face c\u0103, la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul lunii decembrie a anului trecut, pre\u0163ul mediu cerut de proprietari pe plan na\u0163ional pentru apartamentele vechi \u015fi noi se ridica la 991 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util &#8211; nivel cu circa 4% mai pu\u0163in dec\u00e2t valoarea de 1.033 de euro \u00eenregistrat\u0103 la \u00eenceputul lui ianuarie.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab2011 a fost un an diferit de cei anteriori prin faptul c\u0103 a adus o stabilitate relativ\u0103 pe pia\u0163\u0103, \u00een ciuda oscila\u0163iilor lunare. Un aspect foarte important este \u015fi c\u0103 oameni cu venituri foarte mici &#8211; sau nesigure &#8211; ajung s\u0103-\u015fi cumpere o locuin\u0163\u0103.
