Acest nivel este cu 24% mai mic dec\u00e2t pre\u0163ul mediu solicitat \u00een luna ianuarie conform <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicelui imobiliare.ro<\/a> calculat la nivelul \u00eentregii Capitale. \u00cen acest cartier, garsonierele vechi pornesc de la 20.000 euro, un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere poate fi g\u0103sit la pre\u0163uri \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 32.000 euro, iar o unitate cu trei camere poate fi g\u0103sit\u0103 chiar \u015fi la 45.000 euro. <\/p>\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, cele mai scumpe apartamente din Capital\u0103 sunt \u00een Kiseleff-Aviatorilor, unde pre\u0163ul mediu cerut pentru unit\u0103\u0163ile locative vechi \u015fi noi este de 1.520 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, cu aproape 30% mai ridicat dec\u00e2t valoarea Indicelui imobiliare.ro pentru \u00eentregul ora\u015f. \u00cen acest cartier, pre\u0163ul unei garsoniere noi poate urca \u015fi p\u00e2n\u0103 la 100.000 euro, cel al unui apartament cu dou\u0103 camere poate dep\u0103\u015fi 250.000 euro, iar un apartament de lux cu trei camere poate fi achizi\u0163ionat chiar \u015fi cu un milion de euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>120.000 de euro, pre\u0163 de trei camere \u00een bloc nou <\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente\/timisoara\">Timi\u015foara<\/a>, cele mai accesibile apartamente pot fi g\u0103site \u00een cartierul D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a, unde pre\u0163ul mediu solicitat, de 686 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, se situeaz\u0103 cu 16% sub media calculat\u0103 \u00een luna ianuarie la nivelul ora\u015fului. \u00cen aceast\u0103 zon\u0103, pre\u0163ul unui apartament vechi cu dou\u0103 camere porne\u015fte de la 30.500 euro, un apartament cu trei camere poate fi g\u0103sit la 40.000 euro, iar o unitate cu patru camere cost\u0103 55.000 euro.<\/p>\n<p>La polul opus, cele mai scumpe apartamente din ora\u015f se g\u0103sesc \u00een zona Odobescu, unde pre\u0163ul mediu solicitat, de 918 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, este cu 13% peste valoarea medie la nivel de ora\u015f. O garsonier\u0103 situat\u0103 \u00eentr-un imobil vechi cost\u0103 aici aproximativ 45.000 euro, pre\u0163ul unui apartament vechi cu dou\u0103 camere poate ajunge la 57.000 euro, iar pre\u0163ul cerut pentru o unitate cu trei camere situat\u0103 \u00eentr-un bloc nou poate fi chiar de 120.000 euro. <\/p>\n<p><strong>35.000 de euro pentru o locuin\u0163\u0103 de vacan\u0163\u0103 la munte<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente\/brasov\">Bra\u015fov<\/a>, cele mai ieftine apartamente pot fi g\u0103site \u00een cartierul Triaj, unde pre\u0163ul mediu solicitat se ridic\u0103 la 749 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, cu 14% mai mic dec\u00e2t valoarea calculat\u0103 pentru \u00eentregul ora\u015f. Astfel, un apartament vechi cu dou\u0103 camere confort 1 cost\u0103 \u015fi 35.000 euro, \u00een vreme ce o unitate locativ\u0103 cu trei camere poate fi g\u0103sit\u0103 la 48.000 euro.<\/p>\n<p>De cealalt\u0103 parte, cea mai scump\u0103 zon\u0103 din Bra\u015fov este Centrul Istoric. O garsonier\u0103 situat\u0103 \u00eentr-un imobil vechi poate costa aici chiar \u015fi 53.000 euro, un apartament nou cu dou\u0103 camere ajunge \u015fi la 180.000 euro, iar pre\u0163ul cerut pentru o locuin\u0163\u0103 nou\u0103 cu trei camere, cu o suprafa\u0163\u0103 de 150 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i, poate fi chiar 300.000 euro. <\/p>\n<p><strong>O garsonier\u0103 \u00een Cluj, de la 22.000 de euro<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente\/cluj-napoca\">Cluj-Napoca<\/a>, cartierul M\u0103n\u0103\u015ftur este una dintre zonele cele mai accesibile pentru achizi\u0163ia de apartamente. Pre\u0163ul mediu solicitat aici, ce se apropie de 1.100 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, este cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 18,5% peste pre\u0163ul mediu cerut calculat la nivelul Constan\u0163ei. Pre\u0163ul unui apartament nou cu dou\u0103 camere din zona Capitol, cu vedere la mare, poate dep\u0103\u015fi 130.000 euro, iar pre\u0163ul cerut pentru o unitate cu trei camere situat\u0103 \u00eentr-un bloc nou \u00een Falez\u0103 Nord se situeaz\u0103 \u015fi peste 200.000 euro, \u00een timp ce un penthouse cost\u0103 aici chiar \u015fi 350.000 euro. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Dou\u0103 camere \u00een \u201ecapitala\u201d Moldovei, doar 25.000 de euro<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente\/iasi\">Ia\u015fi<\/a>, unul din cele mai accesibile cartiere este Podu Ro\u015f, unde pre\u0163ul solicitat pentru o garsonier\u0103 dintr-un bloc vechi coboar\u0103 frecvent sunt 20.000 euro. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, cele mai ieftine apartamente vechi cu dou\u0103 camere se g\u0103sesc \u00een T\u0103t\u0103ra\u015fi, unde o astfel de unitate locativ\u0103 poate costa chiar \u015fi 25.000 euro.
