Dincolo de nevoile specifice ale unui utilizator final (cea de a se muta \u00eentr-o cas\u0103 mai mare, spre exemplu), exist\u0103 \u015fi situa\u0163ii \u00een care proprietarii sunt presa\u0163i financiar din cauza unor datorii, credite nepl\u0103tite. \u00centr-un asemenea caz, aproape nici nu se mai pune problema dac\u0103 este sau nu momentul potrivit pentru a vinde. \u00centrebarea este, mai degrab\u0103, c\u00e2nd s\u0103 o faci.
