C\u00e2t cost\u0103?<\/strong><br \/>\nUn alt aspect ce c\u00e2nt\u0103re\u015fte (poate cel mai) greu \u00een ochii cump\u0103r\u0103torilor de locuin\u0163e la ora actual\u0103 este pre\u0163ul.
