Nu te lasa coplesit de emotii, gandeste limpede si urmeaza-ti planul.<\/p>\n<p>Iti prezentam mai jos o serie de intrebari la care trebuie sa obtii raspunsuri. De cat timp este proprietatea scoasa la vanzare?<\/strong> Poti obtine aceasta informatie de la agentul tau imobiliar sau de la vanzator. Cu cat o proprietate este de mai multe luni listata, cu atat proprietarul va fi mai deschis la negocieri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Cum a evoluat pretul in toata aceasta perioada?<\/strong> S-a mentinut constant, a urmat trendul pietei si a scazut sau a crescut datorita imbunatatirilor aduse? Daca in timp s-au oferit discount-uri majore, probabilitatea unei negocieri de pret este crescuta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Au mai fost oferte pentru aceasta proprietate?<\/strong> Agentul tau iti poate comunica acest aspect, pentru a-ti face o impresie cu privire la ofertele care au fost din start refuzate si cele pentru care s-a ajuns la masa tratativelor.<span id=\"more-3107\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Care este motivul pentru care vinde proprietarul?<\/strong> Daca a acontat o alta proprietate, este presat de timp si va fi dispus la negocieri. La fel si in cazul unei mosteniri.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Care sunt plusurile acestei oferte fata de altele din zona?<\/strong> Daca poti aduce in discutie oferte asemanatoare listate in aceeasi zona, poti obtine &#8220;bonusuri&#8221;.
