Acest nivel este similar cu cel \u00eenregistrat la sf\u00e2r\u015fitul lui 2011 (respectiv 90.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i), acesta fiind considerat anul cu cel mai sc\u0103zut volum de livr\u0103ri de dup\u0103 2004 \u00eencoace.<br \/>\nLa finalul celui de-al treilea trimestru al anului, stocul office din Bucure\u015fti se ridica la circa 1,93 milioane de metri p\u0103tra\u0163i.
