Pentru un credit de 47.500 de euro, beneficiarul unui credit Prima Cas\u0103 ar trebui s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 lunar \u00eentre 230 \u0219i 242 de euro. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, chiria cerut\u0103 pentru o proprietate similar\u0103 porne\u0219te de la 230-250 de euro.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Cluj-Napoca, \u00een cartierul M\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti, o locuin\u021b\u0103 bicameral\u0103 are un pre\u021b cerut de 48.000 de euro, ceea ce echivaleaz\u0103 cu o rat\u0103 de 220 \u0219i 232 de euro pe lun\u0103 (pentru o sum\u0103 \u00eemprumutat\u0103 de 45.600). Spre compara\u021bie, chiria lunar\u0103 pentru un astfel de apartament este de circa 320 de euro pe lun\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Analizeaz\u0103 o achizi\u021bie pe termen lung!<\/strong><br \/>\nDin datele de mai sus rezult\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een momentul de fa\u021b\u0103, rata lunar\u0103 la un credit Prima Cas\u0103 se situeaz\u0103 la valori adesea mai mici dec\u00e2t valoarea chiriei pentru acela\u0219i tip de locuin\u021b\u0103. \u201eDac\u0103 ezi\u021bi \u00eentre chirie \u0219i a cump\u0103ra, cump\u0103r\u0103, dar fii atent ce\u201d, spune Niculae.
