Cererea se situeaz\u0103 la un nivel mai sc\u0103zut comparativ cu oferta, pre\u021burile sunt \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een sc\u0103dere, iar puterea de negociere apar\u021bine cump\u0103r\u0103torilor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 situa\u021bie, o alt\u0103 variant\u0103 pe care o ai la dispozi\u021bie este \u00eenchirierea. \u00cen ultimii ani, pe fondul crizei, a c\u00e2\u0219tigat \u00een popularitate o solu\u021bie mai ingenioas\u0103 pe acest segment. <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/inchirieri-apartamente\">\u00cenchirierea de apartamente<\/a> \u00een regim hotelier este practicat\u0103 cu succes \u00een ora\u0219e cu poten\u021bial turistic &#8211; de afaceri sau de pl\u0103cere (Bucure\u0219ti, Cluj, Bra\u0219ov, Ia\u0219i, Timi\u0219oara, Constan\u021ba etc.). Lu\u00e2nd \u00een considerare un grad de ocupare de circa 70% pe timp de var\u0103, rezult\u0103 venituri de circa 470 de euro pentru o garsonier\u0103, 770 de euro pentru un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere \u0219i aproape 950 de euro pentru o unitate locativ\u0103 cu trei camere. Amenajare \u0219i dot\u0103ri:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La fel de important\u0103 ca localizarea apartamentului este \u0219i felul \u00een care arat\u0103 acesta.
