Locuin\u021ba are un singur nivel, o amprent\u0103 la sol de circa 105 metri p\u0103tra\u021bi \u0219i este compus\u0103 din living, dormitor, buc\u0103t\u0103rie, baie, plus alte dependin\u021be (holuri \u0219i c\u0103mar\u0103). La o diferen\u021b\u0103 nu foarte mare de pre\u021b \u2013 respectiv 35.000 de euro \u2013 poate fi achizi\u021bionat\u0103 o cas\u0103 pretabil\u0103 pentru o familie, cu o suprafa\u021b\u0103 util\u0103 de aproape 81 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi (plus teras\u0103 de 23,6 metri p\u0103tra\u021bi). Casa de tip Family <strong>(foto randare)<\/strong> are un singur nivel \u0219i este compus\u0103 din living, dou\u0103 dormitoare \u0219i birou. Pentru o vil\u0103 cu etaj (tip Grande), cu amprent\u0103 la sol de 91,5 metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, pre\u021bul de execu\u021bie se ridic\u0103 la 59.000 de euro. Unitatea locativ\u0103 are o suprafa\u021b\u0103 util\u0103 la interior de aproape 150 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi (plus \u00eenc\u0103 33 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi pentru terase\/balcoane) \u0219i este format\u0103 din living, birou, trei dormitoare, plus dependin\u021be.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content-inline-styles\">\nCasele pe structur\u0103 metalic\u0103 realizate de RugVity au o rezisten\u021b\u0103 sporit\u0103 la activit\u0103\u021bi seismice \u0219i beneficiaz\u0103 de garan\u021bie pe o perioad\u0103 de la 80 p\u00e2n\u0103 la 120 de ani, potrivit reprezentan\u021bilor companiei. Construc\u021bia efectiv\u0103 a acestei etape va fi demarat\u0103 anul viitor, av\u00e2nd ca termen de finalizare anul 2016, au explicat reprezentan\u021bii companiei pentru <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/\">Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong>.
