Este vorba despre \u00eempropriet\u0103rirea \u201e\u00een mas\u0103\u201d a popula\u021biei, la pre\u021buri modice, dup\u0103 Revolu\u021bie. Dintr-o \u021bar\u0103 \u00een care locuin\u021bele (din mediul urban, cel pu\u021bin) erau construite de stat \u0219i \u00eenchiriate apoi c\u0103tre popula\u021bie, Rom\u00e2nia a devenit, peste noapte, un loc \u00een care, datorit\u0103 existen\u021bei alternativei generalizate, varianta chiriei a devenit, practic, indezirabil\u0103. De\u0219i \u00een ultimii 25 de ani contextul economic \u0219i cel social s-au schimbat mult, acomod\u00e2ndu-se tot mai mult cu \u201elegile\u201d capitalismului, nou-createle a\u0219tept\u0103ri ale \u201eferici\u021bilor\u201d de atunci s-au \u00eentip\u0103rit, m\u0103car prin puterea exemplului, \u0219i asupra tinerelor genera\u021bii.
