Masura de pret aflata de aceasta data la indemana expozantului este feed-backul primit imediat de la potentialul client in privinta ofertei companiei, ce se coreleaza cu analiza directa a concurentei.<br \/>\nPe durata celor 4 zile de manifestare, vizitatorului TNI i se ofera posibilitatea de a obtine o perspectiva de amploare asupra pietei imobiliare,  de a compara in acelasi timp si in acelasi loc oferte din Bucuresti si alte zone de interes din tara. In plus, contactul direct cu cei mai mari dezvoltatori imobiliari, consilierea oferita de agentiile imobiliare si institutiile financiar-bancare faciliteaza alegerea variantei optime, fie ca este vorba de gasirea locuintei cautate, sau chiar a oportunitatii de a investi .<\/p>\n<p>In perioade de recesiune economica s-a dovedit ca participarea la targuri si expozitii reprezinta metoda optima de promovare in vederea atingerii obiectivelor de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Marele avantaje in fata altor instrumente de marketing constau in:<br \/>\n\u2022\tresurse minime, atat financiare cat si umane,<br \/>\n\u2022\tconcentrarea efortului pe o perioada limitata- 4 zile de expozitie-<br \/>\n\u2022\tefort orientat asupra unui public deja atent selectat, ce indeplineste toate cerintele pentru a fi potential client<br \/>\n\u2022\tinteres mare din partea mass media<\/p>\n<p>Aceasta metoda de promovare, daca este si corect instrumentata poate asigura companiei in cauza o baza de date valoroasa pe care angajatii pot lucra cel putin 6 luni, avand rezultate foarte bune.<\/p>\n<p>Din moment ce participarea la Targul National Imobiliar (TNI) reprezinta un instrument optim de marketing, este necesar sa conducem discutia si catre spatiul teoretic.<br \/>\nIn acest sens este demn de precizat ca marketingul are puteri decisive asupra succesului sau esecului unui business. Fara marketing, o companie sau un individ isi pierde vizibilitatea in fata consumatorilor. Fara vizibilitate, numarul clientilor actuali sau ai celor potentiali scade in ritm ametitor.
