La nivel de Bucure\u0219ti, spre exemplu, <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicele Imobiliare.ro<\/a> relev\u0103 o depreciere de aproximativ 52% a <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/vanzare-apartamente\">apartamentelor disponibile spre v\u00e2nzare<\/a>, de la o valoare de 2.264 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util \u00een martie 2008, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1.086 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat la finele lui septembrie 2015. La limita superioar\u0103 a acestui interval se situeaz\u0103 zona de centru-nord a Capitalei, reprezentat\u0103 de sub-zone precum Prim\u0103verii, Kiseleff, Doroban\u021bi-Capitale. Aici, explic\u0103 Marinescu, apartamente vechi spa\u021bioase, amplasate \u00een vile din perioada interbelic\u0103 (sau din anii &#8217;60-&#8217;70), ajung s\u0103 coste 1.700 sau chiar 2.000 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, \u00een vreme ce, \u00een zone precum Unirii sau Bulevardul Dacia, valorile de achizi\u021bie se ridic\u0103 \u0219i la 1.500 de euro. Reprezentantul RE\/MAX se fere\u0219te \u00eens\u0103 de a face o regul\u0103 din aceste recorduri de pre\u021b, \u00eencadr\u00e2ndu-le mai degrab\u0103 la categoria excep\u021bii ale pie\u021bei bucure\u0219tene.
