Cu o valoare de 1.094 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util consemnat\u0103 \u00een trimestrul al patrulea din 2015, pre\u021bul mediu solicitat de proprietari este cu 4,9% mai ridicat dec\u00e2t \u00een perioada similar\u0103 a anului precedent (c\u00e2nd ajungea la 1.043 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). O analiz\u0103 realizat\u0103 de <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/\">Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong> \u0219i platforma specializat\u0103 <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"http:\/\/www.analizeimobiliare.ro\/\">AnalizeImobiliare.ro<\/a> prezint\u0103 evolu\u021bia pre\u021burilor \u00een 34 de cartiere bucure\u0219tene: <\/p>\n<p><strong>Zona Parcul Carol, excep\u021bia de la regul\u0103<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen aria ultracentral\u0103, central-nordic\u0103 \u0219i semicentral\u0103, majoritatea cartierelor au consemnat scumpiri pe segmentul apartamentelor, acestea dep\u0103\u0219ind, de regul\u0103, pragul de 5%. Cele mai semnificative major\u0103ri au avut loc \u00een centru-nord, respectiv \u00een cartierele Kiseleff-Aviatorilor (14,5%) \u0219i Her\u0103str\u0103u-Nordului (14,4%), acestea fiind urmate de Cotroceni (13%), inclus \u00een perimetrul ultracentral. La polul opus, proprietarii din zona Parcului Carol (Cantemir-M\u0103r\u0103\u0219e\u0219ti) \u0219i-au redus preten\u021biile cu 1,4% \u00een decurs de 12 luni, acesta fiind singurul cartier dintre cele analizate \u00een care au avut loc ieftiniri. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, \u00een 13 Septembrie-Panduri \u0219i B\u0103neasa au fost consemnate cele mai mici cre\u0219teri de pre\u021b, de 3,3%, \u0219i, respectiv, 3,7%. <\/p>\n<div De\u0219i per ansamblu se poate spune c\u0103 major\u0103rile au fost mai temperate comparativ cu zonele bine cotate ale Capitalei (ultracentrale \u0219i central-nordice), aceast\u0103 categorie de\u021bine totu\u0219i, punctual, recordul scumpirilor la nivelul Capitalei. Este vorba de Tei, unde pre\u021bul mediu solicitat de v\u00e2nz\u0103torii de apartamente a consemnat un salt de 17,8% \u00een perioada analizat\u0103, de la 965 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, la 1.136 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pe urm\u0103toarele pozi\u021bii \u00een clasamentul scumpirilor se situeaz\u0103 Ferdinand (cu un plus de 12,5%) \u0219i Bucure\u0219tii Noi (cu 10%). Pe de alt\u0103 parte, cele mai mici cre\u0219teri de pre\u021b au avut loc \u00een cartierele de la periferia sudic\u0103 a ora\u0219ului, respectiv Rahova (0,7%), Berceni (0,8%) \u0219i Giurgiului
