Pe de alt\u0103 parte, cei interesa\u021bi de un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere trebuie s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 acum circa 58.000 de euro, fa\u021b\u0103 de 56.500 de euro \u00een urm\u0103 cu 12 luni. Apartamentele cu trei camere, care au reu\u0219it anul trecut s\u0103 le surclaseze \u00een c\u0103ut\u0103ri pe cele bicamerale, s-au scumpit, \u00een medie, cu 5.000 de euro, de la 78.000 de euro, la 83.000 de euro. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Bra\u0219ov:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen ora\u0219ul de la poalele T\u00e2mpei, o garsonier\u0103 cost\u0103 acum 29.000 de euro, fa\u021b\u0103 de 27.500 de euro, \u00een urm\u0103 cu un an. Un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere poate fi achizi\u021bionat acum cu 4.200 de euro mai mult, respectiv cu o sum\u0103 medie de 46.000 de euro. Pentru o unitate locativ\u0103 tricameral\u0103, pe de alt\u0103 parte, un cump\u0103r\u0103tor ar trebui s\u0103 dispun\u0103 de un buget de 65.000 de euro, cu 6.000 de euro mai mult dec\u00e2t cel necesar \u00een urm\u0103 cu un an. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Constan\u021ba:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen ora\u0219ul de la malul m\u0103rii, o garsonier\u0103 poate fi achizi\u021bionat\u0103 acum cu circa 28.000 de euro, fa\u021b\u0103 de 29.000 de euro la finele lui 2014. Pentru un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere clien\u021bii ar trebui s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 cu 1.500 de euro \u00een plus, respectiv un total de 45.000 de euro. Locuin\u021bele cu trei camere au consemnat un avans punctual de 1.000 de euro, de la 64.000 de euro, la 65.000 de euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cluj-Napoca:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen mod firesc, cele mai mari salturi de pre\u021b pe categorii de apartamente au fost consemnate \u00een Cluj-Napoca, primul ora\u0219 \u00een clasamentul na\u021bional al scumpirilor la apartamente. O garsonier\u0103 \u00een ora\u0219ul de pe Some\u0219 poate fi achizi\u021bionat\u0103 cu 39.500 de euro, respectiv cu 7.500 mai mult dec\u00e2t la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul lui 2014. Suma medie necesar\u0103 pentru cump\u0103rarea unui apartament cu dou\u0103 camere a ajuns la 59.500 de euro, ceea ce echivaleaz\u0103 cu un avans de 11.500 de euro. O cre\u0219tere de 11.000 de euro a avut loc \u0219i \u00een cazul apartamentelor cu trei camere, p\u00e2n\u0103 la un total de 78.000 de euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ia\u0219i:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen capitala Moldovei, cump\u0103r\u0103torii interesa\u021bi de garsoniere ar trebui s\u0103 scoat\u0103 din buzunar cu circa 1.000 de euro mai mult dec\u00e2t anul trecut, respectiv un total de 29.000 de euro. Bugetul necesar pentru un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere a crescut \u00eens\u0103 cu circa 2.000 de euro, de la 42.800 de euro, la 44.900 de euro. Nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, o locuin\u021b\u0103 cu trei camere a ajuns la o medie de 57.500 de euro, cu 1.500 de euro mai mult dec\u00e2t \u00een 2014. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Timi\u0219oara:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u0218i \u00een cel de-al doilea ora\u0219 clasat \u00een topul scumpirilor la nivel na\u021bional, bugetele medii necesare pentru achizi\u021bia unei locuin\u021be s-au majorat considerabil. O garsonier\u0103 poate fi cump\u0103rat\u0103 acum cu 31.700 de euro, respectiv cu 3.700 de euro mai mult dec\u00e2t \u00een 2014. Un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere cost\u0103 52.500 de euro, ceea ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 o cre\u0219tere de 7.500 de euro la 12 luni.
