Totodat\u0103, exist\u0103 o tendin\u021b\u0103 de \u00eentoarcere la tiparul compartiment\u0103rii din perioada comunist\u0103, ce include o buc\u0103t\u0103rie spa\u021bioas\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenchis\u0103, spa\u021bii de depozitare etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Garan\u021bia utiliz\u0103rii:<\/strong><br \/>\nDe\u0219i, teoretic, locuin\u021bele noi ar trebui s\u0103 fie mai atractive cel pu\u021bin din punctul de vedere al tr\u0103iniciei construc\u021biei, exist\u0103 \u0219i cump\u0103r\u0103tori mai circumspec\u021bi la ideea de a se muta \u00eentr-un apartament proasp\u0103t finalizat.
