Imobiliare.ro prezint\u0103, pe baza ofertelor listate pe portal, varia\u021bia pre\u021burilor solicitate pentru apartamentele din marile ora\u0219e \u00een func\u021bie de zon\u0103 (central\u0103, semicentral\u0103 \u0219i periferie). Zona semicentral\u0103, pe de alt\u0103 parte, ofer\u0103 avantajul drumului rapid c\u0103tre centru, dar \u0219i pe cel al apropierii de magazine, centre comerciale, clinici, spitale etc. Chiar dac\u0103 drumul c\u0103tre centru poate fi mai dificil, zonele periferice ale marilor ora\u0219e sunt totu\u0219i deservite de mijloace de transport \u00een comun, de magazine, clinici \u0219i spitale; \u00een zonele mai slab cotate, siguran\u021ba poate fi \u00eens\u0103 o problem\u0103.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bucure\u0219ti:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen Capital\u0103, diferen\u021ba \u00eentre o locuin\u021b\u0103 amplasat\u0103 \u00een inima ora\u0219ului \u0219i una de la periferie dep\u0103\u0219e\u0219te 20.000 de euro. Astfel, un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere din centru  cost\u0103, \u00een medie, 75.000 de euro. \u00cen zona semicentral\u0103 (Vitan-Dristor, Tineretului-Timpuri Noi, 1 Mai, 13 Septembrie-Panduri etc.), preten\u021biile proprietarilor scad la 65.000 de euro. \u00cen zona periferic\u0103 (Berceni, Rahova, Giurgiului, Pantelimon, Colentina), o unitate locativ\u0103 bicameral\u0103 poate fi achizi\u021bionat\u0103 cu 52.500 de euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bra\u0219ov:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen ora\u0219ul de la poalele T\u00e2mpei, diferen\u021ba dintre centru \u0219i periferie este de doar aproximativ 5.000 de euro. Un apartament din centru cost\u0103 55.000 de euro, \u00een vreme ce, \u00een zona semicentral\u0103 (sub-zone precum 15 Noiembrie, Scriitorilor, Aurel Vlaicu), o locuin\u021b\u0103 similar\u0103 ajunge la o medie de 51.900 de euro. Nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, \u00een cartierele periferice (R\u0103c\u0103d\u0103u, Bartolomeu, Tractorul, Triaj, Carierei, Noua etc.), valoarea medie de listare a unei unit\u0103\u021bi bicamerale ajunge la 50.200 de euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cluj-Napoca:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen ora\u0219ul de pe Some\u0219, o locuin\u021b\u0103 amplasat\u0103 central cost\u0103 cu circa 14.000 de euro mai mult dec\u00e2t una de la periferie. \u00cen cel dint\u00e2i caz, un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere ajunge la 78.000 de euro. \u00cen zona semicentral\u0103 (M\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti, Gheorgheni, Andrei Mure\u0219anu, Zorilor etc.), pre\u021bul mediu ajunge la 67.500 de euro, iar la marginea ora\u0219ului (Some\u0219eni, Borhanci, D\u00e2mbul Rotund, Grigorescu, M\u0103n\u0103\u0219tur etc.) la 64.000 de euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Constan\u021ba:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen ora\u0219ul de la malul m\u0103rii, amplasamentul unei locuin\u021be poate genera o diferen\u021b\u0103 de pre\u021b de p\u00e2n\u0103 la 10.000 de euro. \u00cen zona central\u0103, un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere cost\u0103, \u00een medie, 52.000 de euro, iar \u00een cea semicentral\u0103 (Falez\u0103 Nord, Delfinariu, Tomis Nord, Tomis III, Inel I, Inel II, Br\u0103tianu) ajunge la 51.000 de euro. \u00cen cartierele periferice \u00eens\u0103 (Falez\u0103 Sud, Km 4-5, CET, Km 5, Palas, Zona Industrial\u0103, Poarta 6), preten\u021biile proprietarilor scad la 41.800 de euro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ia\u0219i:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen capitala Moldovei, diferen\u021ba dintre centrul \u0219i marginea ora\u0219ului ajunge la 15.000 de euro. Astfel, un apartament vechi cu dou\u0103 camere cost\u0103 60.000 de euro \u00een zona central\u0103, 47.000 de euro \u00een zona semicentral\u0103 (Alexandru cel Bun, Tudor Vladimirescu, Dacia, Copou, P\u0103curari) \u0219i 45.000 de euro \u00een cartierele periferice (Bucium, Frumoasa, Cug, Nicolina, Dancu, Galata).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Timi\u0219oara:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen ora\u0219ul de pe Bega, un amplasament privilegiat poate ridica pre\u021bul cerut cu p\u00e2n\u0103 la 11.000 de euro. \u00cen zona central\u0103, un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere poate fi achizi\u021bionat, \u00een medie, cu 64.000 de euro. \u00cen zona semicentral\u0103 (Circumvala\u021biunii, Torontalului, Aradului), acela\u0219i tip de locuin\u021b\u0103 ajunge la 56.400 de euro. \u00cen cartierele de la marginea ora\u0219ului (\u0218agului, Soarelui, Girocului, Bla\u0219covici), o unitate locativ\u0103 cu dou\u0103 camere are un pre\u021b mediu de 53.000 de euro. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cele mai mari diferen\u021be \u00eentre centru \u0219i periferie pot fi \u00eent\u00e2lnite \u00een marile ora\u0219e, \u00een frunte cu Bucure\u0219tiul.
