Ilias Papageorgiadis, CEO al More Real Estate Services, spune c\u0103, din suma disponibil\u0103 pentru investi\u0163ii, un minimum de 20-30% ar trebui p\u0103strat \u00eentr-un depozit bancar. \u00cen cazul unui buget de 50.000 de euro, ar \u00eensemna s\u0103 pui deoparte, din start, circa 10.000 de euro. Depozitul bancar reprezint\u0103 una dintre cele mai sigure solu\u0163ii, ajut\u00e2nd la protejarea capitalului de infla\u0163ie. Principalul dezavantaj al acestui tip de investi\u0163ie este c\u0103 nu asigur\u0103 o cre\u015ftere semnificativ\u0103 a sumei depuse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Depozitele bancare, solu\u0163ia cu cel mai sc\u0103zut risc<\/strong><br \/>\nTotu\u015fi, pentru investitorul cu un apetit sc\u0103zut pentru risc, op\u0163iunea de a-\u015fi plasa to\u0163i banii \u00eentr-un depozit bancar r\u0103m\u00e2ne una c\u00e2t se poate de viabil\u0103. \u201eAvantajul major al depozitelor bancare este acela c\u0103 sunt scutite de impozitul pe profit pe \u00eentreaga durat\u0103 a lui 2010 \u015fi sunt garantate de stat exact p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een plafonul de 50.000 de euro\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 R\u0103zvan Popescu, consultant financiar \u00een cadrul OVB. Papageorgiadis recomand\u0103 ca depozitele bancare s\u0103 nu fie f\u0103cute momentan pe o perioad\u0103 mai mare de trei luni, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t deponentul s\u0103 poat\u0103 beneficia de ofertele \u201ede var\u0103\u201d ce ar putea fi lansate de c\u0103tre b\u0103nci \u00een perioada urm\u0103toare.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bursa: \u00een cre\u015ftere, dar p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd?<\/strong><br \/>\nPentru investitorii cu un gust pentru risc ridicat, bursa ar fi o op\u0163iune c\u00e2t se poate de atractiv\u0103. Papageorgiadis spune c\u0103 valoarea unor ac\u0163iuni rom\u00e2ne\u015fti s-a dublat sau chiar s-a triplat comparativ cu pragul de jos atins anul trecut. \u00cen plus, o serie de anali\u015fti prev\u0103d o continuare a trendului de apreciere a acestora. Nimic nu poate fi \u00eens\u0103 sigur. Sunt, de asemenea, destule voci \u00een pia\u0163\u0103 care se a\u015fteapt\u0103 la un nou declin al bursei dup\u0103 cre\u015fterea rapid\u0103 \u00eenregistrat\u0103 \u00een acest an.
