Acesta nu este \u00eens\u0103 \u015fi cazul Rom\u00e2niei. De ce? \u201ePentru c\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia tr\u0103iesc rom\u00e2ni, iar \u00een Germania tr\u0103iesc nem\u0163i\u201d, observ\u0103 simplu Popescu-Ialomi\u0163a. Spre deosebire de ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, sistemul legal german este foarte bine pus la punct, modalit\u0103\u0163ile de coerci\u0163ie func\u0163ioneaz\u0103 \u015fi ele foarte bine, \u015fi, \u00een plus, exist\u0103 o \u00eendelungat\u0103 tradi\u0163ie a activit\u0103\u0163ii imobiliare. Dup\u0103 ce va deveni aplicabil, standardul va putea fi adoptat de fiecare agen\u0163ie sau agent independent din pia\u0163\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>O asemenea ridicare a \u015ftachetei privind calitatea serviciilor imobiliare este c\u00e2t se poate de necesar\u0103 \u00een momentul de fa\u0163\u0103, potrivit lui Popescu-Ialomi\u0163a. \u201eDin cauza boom-ului imobiliar, foarte mult\u0103 lume s-a apucat s\u0103 fac\u0103 un ban din imobiliare, declar\u00e2ndu-se agent\u201d, motiveaz\u0103 el. De ce? Pentru simplul motiv c\u0103 acesta nu va fi obligatoriu. \u201eN-am niciun dubiu c\u0103, \u00eentr-un interval de timp, de 5-15 ani, standardul va deveni ca \u015fi obligatoriu. Treptat, at\u00e2t consumatorii, c\u00e2t \u015fi profesioni\u015ftii vor \u00een\u0163elege c\u0103 numai ridic\u00e2nd nivelul profesional pentru a r\u0103spunde unui minimum de cerin\u0163e ale standardului se poate desf\u0103\u015fura o activitate corespunz\u0103toare\u201d, spune Popescu-Ialomi\u0163a. \u00cen opinia sa \u00eens\u0103, acest proces natural de selec\u0163ie ar trebui gr\u0103bit, pentru a ajunge c\u00e2t mai repede la o pia\u0163\u0103 imobiliar\u0103 care s\u0103 func\u0163ioneze \u00een mod optim.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acest sens, Cristian Popescu-Ialomi\u0163a ofer\u0103 un model de reglementare a profesiei imobiliare ce ar putea avea rezultate mult mai rapide. \u201eLa delimitarea acestei idei a contribuit \u015fi faptul c\u0103, fiind arhitect, sunt membru al unei alte profesii liberale care este reglementat\u0103 \u015fi m-am g\u00e2ndit c\u0103 am putea lua exemplu\u201d, explic\u0103 reprezentantul ARAI. Un avantaj major al acestui model de reglementare ar fi faptul c\u0103 gestionarea activit\u0103\u0163ii imobiliare ar fi f\u0103cut\u0103 de c\u0103tre profesioni\u015fti \u00een domeniu, de oameni care sunt la curent cu ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 la modul real \u00een pia\u0163\u0103, \u015fi nu de institu\u0163ii ale statului.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un an de zile p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00eentrez\u0103rirea primelor rezultate<\/strong><br \/>\nO astfel de lege ar fi relativ u\u015for de f\u0103cut, dat fiind c\u0103 exist\u0103 deja un precedent care func\u0163ioneaz\u0103.
