Aceasta este p\u0103rerea proprietarului unei companii autohtone de consultan\u0163\u0103 imobiliar\u0103, care a dorit s\u0103-\u015fi p\u0103streze anonimatul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apartamente noi, v\u00e2ndute \u00een mas\u0103 prin Prima Cas\u0103<\/strong><br \/>\nPotrivit aceleia\u015fi p\u0103reri, o urmare fireasc\u0103 a acestei evolu\u0163ii va trebui s\u0103 fie sc\u0103derea pre\u0163urilor. Proprietarul companiei de consultan\u0163\u0103 spune \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103, pentru a se \u00eencheia tranzac\u0163ii, pre\u0163urile actuale vor trebui s\u0103 coboare la nivelul lor real. \u201e\u00cen mod oficial, proprietarii cer 65.000-70.000 de euro pentru un apartament vechi cu dou\u0103 camere. Acesta precizeaz\u0103 c\u0103 mul\u0163i dezvoltatori \u00ee\u015fi vor pierde propriet\u0103\u0163ile, \u00een condi\u0163iile \u00een care, din toamna acestui an, b\u0103ncile vor trece \u00een mod hot\u0103r\u00e2t la executarea proiectelor cu probleme. Nu exist\u0103 nicio alternativ\u0103 la austeritatea fiscal\u0103\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 economistul american. \u201eA sosit \u00een toat\u0103 Europa momentul scaden\u0163ei, nu exist\u0103 \u0163ar\u0103 care s\u0103 nu anun\u0163e m\u0103suri de austeritate\u201d, arat\u0103 \u015fi Mugur Is\u0103rescu. Guvernatorul BNR a recunoscut c\u0103 ie\u015firea din recesiune este \u00eenceat\u0103.
