Amplasat pe un teren de peste cinci hectare din zona central\u0103 a ora\u0219ului, acesta va cuprinde o component\u0103 reziden\u021bial\u0103, dar \u0219i una de birouri, al\u0103turi de o serie de facilit\u0103\u021bi complementare. \u00centregul proiect urmeaz\u0103 a fi finalizat \u00een anul 2020, moment \u00een care va cuprinde 1.200 de apartamente, precum \u0219i o cl\u0103dire de biruri de peste 50.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi. Complexul va dispune, de asemenea, de 2.000 de locuri de parcare, un hectar de parcuri \u0219i spa\u021bii verzi, precum \u0219i restaurante, terase, after-school, propriul debarcarder \u0219i sta\u021bie de vaporetto, facilit\u0103\u021bi sportive \u0219i diverse func\u021bii comerciale. Potrivit reprezentan\u021bilor companiei dezvoltatoarea, un accent deosebit este pus pe caracterul integral al ansamblului \u2013 acesta fiind astfel conceput \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 cuprind\u0103, \u00een afara locuin\u021belor \u0219i birourilor, spa\u021bii publice de calitate, precum \u0219i servicii \u0219i facilit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Office_si_rezidential_in_locul_fabricii_de_bere_Grivita\"><\/span>Office \u0219i reziden\u021bial \u00een locul fabricii de bere Grivi\u021ba<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen Capital\u0103, un astfel de proiect mixt a fost anun\u021bat de c\u0103tre dezvoltatorul lituanian Hanner, pe platforma fostei fabrici de bere Grivi\u021ba. Amplasat pe un teren \u00een suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 11.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi, ansamblul va cuprinde spa\u021bii de birouri \u0219i locuin\u021be, dar va integra \u0219i patru cl\u0103diri-monument, ce urmeaz\u0103 a fi restaurate. \u201eAm intrat pe pia\u021ba local\u0103 cu proiecte reziden\u021biale de mari dimensiuni. Pentru viitor avem \u00een vedere proiecte imobiliare mixte, cu impact mare pentru comunitate, cu zone de co-working, spa\u021bii comerciale \u0219i publice pe care vom continua s\u0103 le administr\u0103m \u0219i dup\u0103 finalizarea proiectului. Componenta reziden\u021bial\u0103 va fi \u00een continuare prezent\u0103\u201d, spune Mindaugas Valuckas, CEO &amp; Member of the Board Hanner Group OU \u0219i CEO Hanner Rom\u00e2nia. Potrivit acestuia, \u00een real estate-ul autohton exist\u0103 loc pentru inova\u021bie, iar compania pe care o conduce planific\u0103 s\u0103 exploateze acele segmente de pia\u021b\u0103 care nu sunt \u00eenc\u0103 \u00een centrul aten\u021biei. \u00cen opinia lui Valuckas, Bucure\u0219tiul este \u201emai mult dec\u00e2t preg\u0103tit s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 proiecte \u00eendr\u0103zne\u021be \u0219i de calitate\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Birouri_campus_privat_si_hotel\"><\/span>Birouri, campus privat \u0219i hotel<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Un alt proiect mixt interesant din Bucure\u0219ti este ansamblul West Park, din vestul Capitalei. Acesta a cuprins la \u00eenceput o component\u0103 de birouri (cinci cl\u0103diri de clasa A, cu o suprafa\u021b\u0103 total\u0103 \u00eenchiriabil\u0103 de 75.000 de metri p\u0103tra\u021bi), c\u0103reia i s-a ad\u0103ugat ulterior una reziden\u021bial\u0103 mai atipic\u0103, respectiv un campus privat (cu o capacitate de 925 de camere \u0219i apartamente pentru studen\u021bi). Pentru a veni \u00een completarea facilit\u0103\u021bilor disponibile deja \u00een cadrul proiectului, reprezentan\u021bii Genesis Property au anun\u021bat luna aceasta \u0219i inaugurarea unei unit\u0103\u021bi de cazare de patru stele.<\/p>\n<p>Denumit\u0103 Studio One &#8211; Accommodation Suites, aceasta dispune de 32 de camere echipate cu toate dot\u0103rile necesare (chicinet\u0103, aer condi\u021bionat, baie modern\u0103, acces WIFI, TV, birou \u0219i minibar), cu parcare gratuit\u0103 \u0219i servicii de paz\u0103. \u201eFacilit\u0103\u021bile moderne de cazare existente \u00een West Gate ne-au permis s\u0103 amenaj\u0103m aceast\u0103 unitate pilot \u00eentr-un timp relativ scurt, cu un nivel al dot\u0103rilor \u0219i al serviciilor cel pu\u021bin similare cu cele ale unui hotel de patru stele.
