Studiul men\u021bionat reune\u0219te date statistice rezultate din sondajul de opinie realizat pe un e\u0219antion de 300 de responden\u021bi din 30 de ora\u0219e (peste 50% agen\u021bi imobiliari sau proprietari de agen\u021bii), nout\u0103\u021bi venite direct din pia\u021ba imobiliar\u0103, analize comparative cu alte pie\u021be din Europa \u0219i opiniile exper\u021bilor Re\/Max \u0219i Imobiliare.ro. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eRE\/MAX Rom\u00e2nia se preocup\u0103 activ de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea imaginii agen\u021bilor imobiliari \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, respectiv cre\u0219terea industriei \u00een care activeaz\u0103, motiv pentru care astfel de studii sunt mai mult dec\u00e2t necesare. Astfel, \u00een cele \u0219ase mari centre regionale ale \u021b\u0103rii, <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/din-culisele-unei-piete-mai-stabile-cererea-versus-oferta-de-locuinte-in-t3-2018_db\/\">interesul pentru achizi\u021bia de propriet\u0103\u021bi reziden\u021biale<\/a> este acum cu 29% mai ridicat.<\/p>\n<p>Perspectiva favorabil\u0103 asupra cererii de locuin\u021be existente \u00een pia\u021b\u0103 este reflectat\u0103, printre altele, de cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de autoriza\u021bii de construire eliberate la nivel na\u021bional.
