Astfel, PIB-ul Rom\u00e2niei a avut un avans de 2,7% \u00een primul trimestru al acestui an, \u00een timp ce PIB-ul Uniunii Europene (UE) a \u00eenregistrat un declin de 3,2% fa\u021b\u0103 de perioada similar\u0103 a anului trecut, cea mai mare sc\u0103dere din 2019 \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 acum. <\/p>\n<p>De men\u021bionat este \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103 aceste date includ doar primele s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni de impact ale crizei din domeniul sanitar, iar Fondul Monetar Interna\u021bional (FMI) a revizuit previziunea pentru economia Rom\u00e2niei de la +3,5% la minus 5%. R\u0103m\u00e2ne, desigur, de v\u0103zut cum vor evolua lucrurile \u00een continuare. \u201eDup\u0103 mai bine de dou\u0103 luni de pandemie, \u00een care toate planurile \u00eenceputului de an au fost puse \u00een a\u0219teptare sau au c\u0103p\u0103tat un nou contur, ne afl\u0103m cu to\u021bii \u2013 de la consumatori la business-uri \u2013 \u00een etapa \u00een care \u00eencepem s\u0103 ne adapt\u0103m la noua normalitate\u201d, au ar\u0103tat oficialii GfK.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Discounterii_si_magazinele_de_proximitate_cele_mai_atractive\"><\/span>Discounterii \u0219i magazinele de proximitate, cele mai atractive<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen luna aprilie, pe fondul m\u0103surilor impuse de pandemie, \u00eencrederea consumatorilor \u00een ecoonomie a sc\u0103zut at\u00e2t \u00een Europa, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. De men\u021bionat este c\u0103, \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, acest indicator se situa, la \u00eenceput de an, peste media european\u0103. Datele GfK arat\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een primul trimestru al anului, sub efectul panicii generate de pandemia de COVID-19, dar \u0219i al primelor m\u0103suri impuse de autorit\u0103\u021bi, cheltuielile casnice pentru bunuri de larg consum au crescut cu aproape 14% comparativ cu perioada similar\u0103 a anului trecut. Stocurile f\u0103cute de rom\u00e2ni s-au tradus printr-o majorare cu 11% a cantit\u0103\u021bilor de bunuri de larg consum cump\u0103rate. Nivelul infla\u021biei a sc\u0103zut u\u0219or fa\u021b\u0103 de primul trimestru din 2019, \u00eens\u0103 rom\u00e2nii au continuat s\u0103 se \u00eendrepte c\u0103tre segmente inferioare de pre\u021b. <\/p>\n<p>Un fapt interesant este c\u0103, dac\u0103 \u00eenaintea implement\u0103rii restric\u021biilor de circula\u021bie rom\u00e2nii se orientau, de regul\u0103, c\u0103tre magazinele mari, ulterior au existat mai multe oportunit\u0103\u021bi pentru comer\u021bul de proximitate. Astfel, chiar dac\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u0219i hipermarketurile pot fi \u00eencadrate, \u00een unele cazuri, \u00een categoria retailului de proximitate, magazinele mici moderne \u0219i discounterii au \u00eenregistrat cele mai mari cre\u0219teri \u00een primul trimestru al anului. V\u00e2nz\u0103rile s-au majorat mult \u0219i \u00een cazul hipermarketurilor \u0219i supermarketurilor, \u00een vreme ce comer\u021bul tradi\u021bional a \u00eenregistrat un avans mai moderat. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mai_multe_cumparaturi_online\"><\/span>Mai multe cump\u0103r\u0103turi online<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Potrivit reprezentan\u021bilor GfK, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce rom\u00e2nii au intrat \u00een \u201eautoizolare\u201d, iar restric\u021biile de deplasare au devenit mai stricte, nevoia de livrare la domiciliu a crescut, ceea ce a creat o nou\u0103 serie de provoc\u0103ri pentru retailerii alimentari. Asta pentru c\u0103, \u00een compara\u021bie cu alte pie\u021be, comer\u021bul online cu bunuri de larg consum este \u00eenc\u0103 \u00eentr-un stadiu incipient \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, acoperind mai pu\u021bin de 1% din v\u00e2nz\u0103ri. Chiar \u0219i \u00een acest context, cu 13% mai multe familii \u0219i-au f\u0103cut cump\u0103r\u0103turile de larg consum online \u00een primul trimestru din 2020, comparativ cu perioada similar\u0103 din 2019. \u00cen plus, au fost cu 43% mai multe familii care au achizi\u021bionat \u00een mod repetat din online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cite\u0219te \u0219i:<br \/>\n<a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/piata-spatiilor-industriale-si-logistice-impulsionata-de-comertul-online_db\/\">Pia\u021ba spa\u021biilor industriale \u0219i logistice, impulsionat\u0103 de comer\u021bul online<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un alt efect generat de pandemia de COVID-19 asupra retailului alimentar a fost consolidarea segmentului m\u0103rcilor private (brandurile proprii ale retailerilor, n.red.). Astfel, \u00een primul trimestru al anului, m\u0103rcile private au c\u00e2\u0219tigat teren \u00een fa\u021ba celor na\u021bionale \u0219i au ajuns s\u0103 acopere 21% din v\u00e2nz\u0103rile totale de bunuri de larg consum.
