Mai exact, aproximativ 42% dintre responden\u021bi inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streze planurile actuale \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te investi\u021biile sau extinderile, \u00een timp ce al\u021bi 42% doresc s\u0103-\u0219i accelereze cheltuielile de capital. \u201eIncertitudinile \u0219i climatul general de recesiune au afectat \u0219i participan\u021bii din pia\u021ba industrial\u0103 \u0219i logistic\u0103, de\u0219i nu la fel de mult pe c\u00e2t au afectat companiile din alte sectoare ale economiei. \u00cen ciuda climatului general de recesiune, 54% dintre responden\u021bi consider\u0103 c\u0103 afacerea lor func\u021bioneaz\u0103 aproape ca de obicei, planurile ini\u021biale pentru 2020 nefiind afectate, \u00een timp ce restul au resim\u021bit efecte asupra activit\u0103\u021bii\u201d, noteaz\u0103 reprezentan\u021bii companiei. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eSegmentul industrial \u0219i logistic este probabil cel mai performant sector imobiliar \u00een aceast\u0103 criz\u0103, deoarece ultimele evenimente doar au exacerbat tendin\u021bele anterioare, deja destul de favorabile pe termen lung, cum ar fi trecerea la comer\u021bul electronic \u0219i consolidarea, respectiv relocarea  activit\u0103\u021bilor de productie \u00een zona Euro. Pentru propria companie, mai mult de jum\u0103tate dintre responden\u021bi se a\u0219teapt\u0103 ca un nivel decent s\u0103 fie atins chiar mai devreme, p\u00e2n\u0103 la jum\u0103tatea anului 2021. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eFiind mai pu\u021bin afectat\u0103 de pandemia de Covid-19 dec\u00e2t alte sectoare imobiliare, pia\u021ba spa\u021biilor industriale \u0219i logistice din Rom\u00e2nia s-a adaptat noului context economic. De asemenea, este de a\u0219teptat ca digitalizarea \u0219i cre\u0219terea segmentului de comer\u021b electronic \u00een acest sector s\u0103 aib\u0103 un impact rapid \u0219i semnificativ \u00een anii urm\u0103tori. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, 35% dintre companiile de profil consider\u0103 c\u0103 nu vor exista consecin\u021be majore \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>50% dintre responden\u021bi estimeaz\u0103 o sc\u0103dere a cererii \u00een urm\u0103toarele 12 luni \u0219i cred c\u0103 aceea\u0219i tendin\u021b\u0103 va fi vizibil\u0103, ca urmare, \u0219i la nivelul chiriilor.
