class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Un studiu viz\u00e2nd sectorul hotelier autohton, realizat de Cushman &#038; Wakefield \u00een parteneriat cu Federa\u021bia Industriei Hoteliere din Rom\u00e2nia (FIHR), a fost lansat \u00een noiembrie 2020 pentru a \u00een\u021belege impactul COVID-19 asupra industriei de profil, precum \u0219i perspectivele sale de viitor. Rezultatele pozitive ob\u021binute \u00een 2019 au preg\u0103tit juc\u0103torii din domeniu pentru o evolu\u021bie favorabil\u0103 \u00een 2020. Cu toate acestea, restric\u021biile de circula\u021bie impuse \u00een perioada st\u0103rii de urgen\u021b\u0103, dintre care unele au fost men\u021binute \u0219i \u00een starea de alert\u0103, au afectat serios performan\u021bele acestui sector. Astfel, conform rezultatelor sondajului, pia\u021ba hotelier\u0103 din Rom\u00e2nia a \u00eenregistrat o sc\u0103dere medie a profitului cu 73% \u00een anul fiscal incheiat in octombrie 2020, comparativ cu aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2019. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te indicatorii de performan\u0163\u0103 ai hotelurilor, datele fiscale din octombrie 2020 dezv\u0103luite de STR arat\u0103 c\u0103 Rom\u00e2nia a ob\u021binut un grad de ocupare mediu de 24% \u0219i un tarif mediu de 293 lei \u2013 fapt ce achivaleaz\u0103 cu o sc\u0103dere de 72% comparativ cu aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cite\u0219te \u0219i:<br \/>\n<a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/cate-locuinte-au-fost-construite-in-romania-de-la-revolutie-incoace-topul-celor-mai-active-judete-vezi-si-harta_db\/\">C\u00e2te locuin\u021be au fost construite \u00een Rom\u00e2nia de la Revolu\u021bie \u00eencoace. Majoritatea responden\u021bilor consider\u0103 c\u0103 propriet\u0103\u021bile lor vor atinge un grad maxim de ocupare de aproximativ 40%, \u00een timp ce doar 7% iau \u00een calcul un grad de ocupare de circa 70%. <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te tariful mediu, juc\u0103torii din domeniul hotelier se a\u0219teapt\u0103 la un nivel de 197 lei \u00een 2021. Aceasta reprezint\u0103 o valoare mult mai mic\u0103 comparativ cu octombrie 2020 \u015fi poate indica faptul c\u0103 hotelierii se vor concentra pe maximizarea gradului de ocupare \u00een perioada de recuperare, a\u0219a cum a fost eviden\u021biat \u00een studiul anterior. \u00cen plus, \u00eentruc\u00e2t perioada de recuperare va fi dominat\u0103 de c\u0103l\u0103torii interne, hotelierii ar putea s\u0103 implementeze strategii viz\u00e2nd ob\u021binerea unui tarif mediu mai sc\u0103zut, pentru a face apel la clien\u0163ii locali.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, 89%, respectiv 87% dintre operatorii de unit\u0103\u021bi de cazare se a\u0219teapt\u0103 ca veniturile generate de restaurante \u0219i s\u0103li de conferin\u021be sau evenimente s\u0103 fie extrem de importante \u00een performan\u021bele previzionate pentru 2021. Pe locul trei se situeaz\u0103 veniturile ob\u0163inute din serviciile de Spa \u0219i Wellness, 56% din responden\u021bi men\u0163ion\u00e2nd c\u0103 acestea sunt importante pentru a sus\u021bine un nivel sustenabil al veniturilor pentru propriet\u0103\u021bile lor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cite\u0219te \u0219i:<br \/>\n<a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/piata-de-birouri-din-bucuresti-in-t3-2020-harta-proiectelor-aflate-in-constructie_db\/\">Pia\u021ba de birouri din Bucure\u0219ti \u00een T3 2020. Compar\u00e2nd acest rezultat cu studiul anterior din aprilie-mai 2020, aceast\u0103 cifr\u0103 a crescut cu 6%. \u201eSprijinul guvernamental este a\u015fadar urgent necesar pentru a proteja for\u021ba de munc\u0103 \u00een sectorul hotelier si pentru a reduce la minimum disponibiliz\u0103rile viitoare care au impact asupra condi\u0163iilor de trai ale oamenilor\u201d, subliniaz\u0103 reprezentan\u021bii Cushman &#038; Wakefield. Semnificativ este faptul c\u0103 65% dintre responden\u021bi au declarat c\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 sprijin guvernamental, hotelurile lor nu vor putea supravie\u021bui dup\u0103 martie 2021. Doar 7% dintre responden\u021bi au men\u021bionat c\u0103 afacerea lor poate supravie\u021bui mai mult de un an \u00een aceste condi\u0163ii. Prin urmare, supravie\u021buirea \u0219i redresarea sectorului hotelier rom\u00e2nesc vor r\u0103m\u00e2ne dependente de sprijinul guvernamental oferit \u00een 2021.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201e\u00cen ciuda provoc\u0103rilor pe termen scurt cu care se confrunt\u0103 \u00een prezent sectorul hotelier rom\u00e2nesc, perspectivele pe termen lung r\u0103m\u00e2n pozitive, dovad\u0103 fiind cre\u0219terea constant\u0103 a turismului din ultimii ani, oferta cuprinz\u0103toare, atractivitatea \u021b\u0103rii ca destina\u021bie de relaxare \u0219i de afaceri. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, 20% dintre responden\u021bi iau \u00een considerare \u00eenchiderea hotelurilor \u00een timpul extrasezonului pentru a face economii pe fondul sc\u0103derii cererii. 3% dintre responden\u021bii hotelieri planific\u0103 o schimbare de strategie pentru transformarea conceptului de business adaptat pentru sejururi pe termen lung (de peste \u0219ase luni) \u00een 2021.<\/p>\n<p>De\u0219i hotelierii \u00eencearc\u0103 din r\u0103sputeri s\u0103 supravie\u021buiasc\u0103 acestei perioade dificile, trebuie subliniat faptul c\u0103 sprijinul guvernamental continuu este esen\u0163ial pentru redresarea sectorului hotelier rom\u00e2nesc. Conform studiului, 40% dintre hotelieri consider\u0103 c\u0103 se poate asigura o revenire mai rapid\u0103 odat\u0103 cu relaxarea restric\u021biilor de c\u0103l\u0103torie \u0219i evenimente desf\u0103\u015furate la interior \u0219i cu condi\u0163ia oferirii unui sprijin guvernamental financiar \u0219i salarial. \u00cen plus, 10% dintre responden\u021bi observ\u0103 beneficiul implement\u0103rii unor ajutoare guvernamentale de c\u0103l\u0103torii pentru o cre\u0219tere a cererii interne.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201eAcesta este al doilea studiu realizat, dup\u0103 lansarea primului \u00een aprilie 2020, cu scopul de a spori aten\u021bia asupra industriei \u0219i de a face apel la autorit\u0103\u021bi pentru un sprijin mai semnificativ \u0219i mai precis pentru sectorul hotelier.
