Comparativ cu \u00eenceputul anului trecut, apartamentele din Capital\u0103 se situeaz\u0103 la o diferen\u021b\u0103 de 0,8% (fa\u021b\u0103 de o valoare de 1.413 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). Tendin\u021bele de cre\u0219tere consemnate pe cele dou\u0103 segmente majore de pia\u021b\u0103 au fost destul de apropiate: locuin\u021bele din blocurile vechi s-au apreciat cu 0,6% \u00een decursul a 12 luni, de la 1.343 la 1.351 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Apartamentele noi, pe de alt\u0103 parte, au ajuns, la finele lui 2020, la un pre\u021b de 1.481 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, \u00een condi\u021biile unei cre\u0219teri anuale de 1,3% (de la 1.462 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Brasov\"><\/span>Bra\u0219ov:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen ora\u0219ul de la poalele T\u00e2mpei, apartamentele au atins o medie de 1.236 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat \u00een decembrie 2020, \u00een cre\u0219tere cu 0,4% fa\u021b\u0103 de noiembrie (de la 1.231 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat) \u0219i, respectiv, cu 4,9% fa\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenceputul anului (c\u00e2nd se situau la 1.178 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat). Unit\u0103\u021bile locative vechi au ajuns la o valoare de listare de 1.202 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, \u00een condi\u021biile unui avans de 5,1% la 12 luni (de la 1.144 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat). Locuin\u021bele noi, pe de alt\u0103 parte, au consemnat o cre\u0219tere de 5,7% \u00een perioada analizat\u0103, de la 1.229 la 1.299 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cluj-Napoca\"><\/span>Cluj-Napoca:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u0218i \u00een 2020, capitala Transilvaniei a consemnat, dintre marile centre regionale, cea mai semnificativ\u0103 marj\u0103 de cre\u0219tere a pre\u021burilor apartamentelor. \u00cen decembrie, <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicele Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong> s-a men\u021binut aici la nivelul din noiembrie, respectiv 1.840 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, \u00eens\u0103 \u00een condi\u021biile unui avans de 7,5% fa\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenceputul anului (c\u00e2nd preten\u021biile v\u00e2nz\u0103torilor se situau la 1.712 euro pe metru p\u0103trat). Apartamentele vechi din ora\u0219 au ajuns la o valoare de 1.795 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, ceea ce echivaleaz\u0103 cu un plus de 3,2% la 12 luni (de la 1.739 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat). Apartamentele vechi din Constan\u021ba se situau la un nivel de pre\u021b de 1.241 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util la sf\u00e2r\u0219it de an, \u00een cre\u0219tere cu 2,6% fa\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenceputul acestuia (c\u00e2nd ajungeau la 1.209 euro pe metru p\u0103trat). Locuin\u021bele noi din ora\u0219 au cunoscut un avans asem\u0103n\u0103tor \u00een perioada analizat\u0103, anume 2,5%, de la 1.212 la 1.242 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Iasi\"><\/span>Ia\u0219i:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen capitala Moldovei, apartamentele au consemnat o cre\u0219tere de pre\u021b de 1,9% \u00een decembrie 2020, de la 1.080 la 1.100 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, potrivit <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicelui Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong>; fa\u021b\u0103 de \u00eenceputul anului, \u00eens\u0103, c\u00e2nd locuin\u021bele se tranzac\u021bionau cu 1.037 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, avansul se cifreaz\u0103 la 6,1%. \u00cen ora\u0219ul din nord-estul \u021b\u0103rii, apartamentele din blocurile vechi s-au apreciat cu 4,9% pe parcursul lui 2020, de la 1.049 la 1.100 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, locuin\u021bele din cadrul noilor ansambluri reziden\u021biale au consemnat o cre\u0219tere de 6,8%, de la 1.029 la 1.099 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Timisoara\"><\/span>Timi\u0219oara:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen ora\u0219ul de pe Bega, a\u0219tept\u0103rile v\u00e2nz\u0103torilor de apartamente s-au majorat cu 0,4% \u00een decembrie fa\u021b\u0103 de noiembrie (de la 1.287 la 1.292 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util), \u00een vreme ce, la 12 luni, avansul a fost de 1,5% (de la 1.273 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util). Cu un pre\u021b mediu de 1.297 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, locuin\u021bele vechi din ora\u0219 sunt, \u00een prezent, cu 2% mai scumpe dec\u00e2t \u00een urm\u0103 cu un an (c\u00e2nd costau 1.272 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat).
