class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen trimestrul al treilea din 2020, pentru care sunt disponibile cele mai recente statistici oficiale, pre\u021burile de tranzac\u021bionare ale propriet\u0103\u021bilor reziden\u021biale din Rom\u00e2nia au fost cu 2,3% mai mari dec\u00e2t \u00een perioada similar\u0103 a anului anterior. Potrivit datelor Eurostat, aceast\u0103 marj\u0103 de cre\u0219tere s-a situat at\u00e2t sub nivelul consemnat la nivelul Uniunii Europene (+5,2% la 12 luni), c\u00e2t \u0219i sub cel valabil \u00een zona euro (4,9%). Spre compara\u021bie, marja anual\u0103 de cre\u0219tere a pre\u021burilor locuin\u021belor din Rom\u00e2nia se cifra la 6,6% \u00een al doilea trimestru al anului trecut \u0219i, respectiv, la 8,1% \u00een cel dint\u00e2i. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Cite\u0219te \u0219i:<br \/>\n<a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/cum-au-evoluat-preturile-de-tranzactionare-ale-locuintelor-in-primul-trimestru-din-2020-romania-in-jumatatea-superioara-a-clasamentului-scumpirilor-din-ue_db\/\">Cum au evoluat pre\u021burile de tranzac\u021bionare ale locuin\u021belor \u00een primul trimestru din 2020? Rom\u00e2nia, \u00een jum\u0103tatea superioar\u0103 a clasamentului scumpirilor din UE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dintre statele membre UE pentru care exist\u0103 date disponibile, cele mai mari cre\u0219teri anuale ale pre\u021burilor locuin\u021belor au putut fi observate, \u00een T3 2020, \u00een Luxemburg (+13,6%), Polonia (+10,9%), Austria (+8,9%); pe de alt\u0103 parte, \u00een perioada analizat\u0103 au fost consemnate \u0219i situa\u021bii de sc\u0103dere a pre\u021burilor, anume \u00een Cipru (-1,4%) \u0219i, respectiv, Irlanda (-0,8%).<\/p>\n<p>Rom\u00e2nia a consemnat, astfel, una dintre cele mai mici marje de cre\u0219tere la nivel european, fiind dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103 doar de Letonia (+2,1%), Spania (+1,8%), Finlanda (+1,7%) \u0219i Italia (+1%). La nivelul Europei Centrale \u0219i de Est (ECE), cre\u0219teri mai mari dec\u00e2t cea consemnat\u0103 pe pia\u021ba autohton\u0103 au avut loc \u00een Slovacia (+8,5%), Cehia (+8,4%), Croa\u021bia (+6,9%), Bulgaria (+4,8%), Ungaria (+3,9%), dar \u0219i \u00een Slovenia (+3,3%). <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Evolutie_negativa_fata_de_trimestrul_anterior\"><\/span>Evolu\u021bie negativ\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de trimestrul anterior<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Comparativ cu trimestrul anterior, pre\u021burile locuin\u021belor din Rom\u00e2nia au \u00eenregistrat, \u00een T3 2020, o sc\u0103dere de 2,6%. Spre compara\u021bie, evolu\u021bia acestui indicator a fost una pozitiv\u0103 at\u00e2t la nivelul Uniunii Europene (+1,4%), c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een zona euro (+1,3%). \u00cen majoritatea \u021b\u0103rilor membre UE au avut loc evolu\u021bii pozitive la acest capitol, cele mai semnificative cre\u0219teri fiind consemnate \u00een Ungaria (+5,2%, potrivit unor estim\u0103ri provizorii), Danemarca (+4,2%) \u0219i Letonia (+3,7%). La nivelul Europei Centrale \u0219i de Est (ECE), cre\u0219teri de pre\u021buri au avut loc \u00een Slovacia (+1,5%), Cehia (+2,6%), Bulgaria (+3,2%), dar \u0219i \u00een Slovenia (+0,1%). Cererea s-a men\u021binut la nivel ridicat, \u00een special \u00een a doua jum\u0103tate a anului.
