Un studiu realizat de ING Bank \u00een septembrie 2020 relev\u0103 c\u0103 trei din cinci rom\u00e2ni \u0219i-au g\u0103sit locuin\u021ba \u00een cel mult trei luni \u2013 situ\u00e2ndu-se, astfel, pe primul loc dintre cele 14 \u021b\u0103ri participante la studiu. Focus pe siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i beneficii pe termen lung<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"In_Capitala_un_apartament_se_vinde_in_aproximativ_o_luna\"><\/span>\u00cen Capital\u0103, un apartament se vinde \u00een aproximativ o lun\u0103<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Potrivit celui mai recent raport de pia\u021b\u0103 publicat de <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.analizeimobiliare.ro\/\">Analize Imobiliare<\/a><\/strong>, din punctul de vedere al perioadei medii de v\u00e2nzare pentru un apartament, Bucure\u0219tiul poate fi considerat, \u00een mod deta\u0219at, cea mai activ\u0103 pia\u021b\u0103 la nivel  na\u021bional \u2013 fapt deloc surprinz\u0103tor, de altfel, dat fiind c\u0103 aici se g\u0103se\u0219te, datorit\u0103 densit\u0103\u021bii demografice, \u0219i cea mai mare cerere de locuin\u021be. \u00cen cel mai mare ora\u0219 al \u021b\u0103rii, timpul necesar pentru tranzac\u021bionarea unui apartament s-a situat, \u00een intervalul octombrie-decembrie 2020, de 35 de zile, la o distan\u021b\u0103 considerabil\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de celelalte ora\u0219e analizate. Interesant este c\u0103, \u00een momentul de fa\u021b\u0103, cea mai mare marj\u0103 de negociere, de peste 4,4%, poate fi g\u0103sit\u0103 \u00een Cluj-Napoca, adic\u0103 exact acolo unde apartamentele au \u0219i cel mai mare pre\u021b mediu solicitat. De altfel, atunci c\u00e2nd au avut de ales \u00eentre locuin\u021ba de vis \u0219i o locuin\u021b\u0103 pe care \u0219i-o pot permite, peste jum\u0103tate dintre responden\u021bii din Rom\u00e2nia au pus pre\u021bul pe primul loc, iar peste 30% sunt de p\u0103rere c\u0103 au pierdut cel pu\u021bin o proprietate deoarece un alt client a fost dispus s\u0103 pl\u0103teasc\u0103 mai mult. <\/p>\n<p>De asemenea, 57,2% dintre rom\u00e2ni \u0219i-au achizi\u021bionat o locuin\u021b\u0103 deoarece voiau sa fie proprietari acolo unde locuiesc, iar doar 5,7% spun c\u0103 au avut \u00een vedere achizi\u021bia ca investi\u021bie \u2013 aceasta din urm\u0103 fiind cea mai mic\u0103 rat\u0103 din Europa, luxemburghezii (25%), francezii (21,4%) \u0219i germanii (19,6%) ocup\u00e2nd primele pozi\u021bii. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te sprijinul financiar, rom\u00e2nii au apelat \u00een primul r\u00e2nd la familie (44,7%), apoi la consultantul bancar (22,1%) sau la prieteni (18,1%). <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201e47,4% dintre rom\u00e2nii intervieva\u021bi iau \u00een considerare s\u0103 se mute sau s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i achizi\u021bioneze o locuin\u021b\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103torii doi ani, \u00een ciuda faptului c\u0103 trei din cinci sunt de p\u0103rere c\u0103 pre\u021burile vor cre\u0219te \u0219i c\u0103, din 2015 p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een prezent, a devenit mult mai dificil ca persoanele aflate la \u00eenceput de drum s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i cumpere o locuin\u021b\u0103. Rom\u00e2nii care inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 cumpere vor avea drept criterii principale mediul lini\u0219tit \u0219i sigur, designul \u0219i consumul energetic eficient, suprafa\u021ba generoas\u0103, o gr\u0103din\u0103 proprie sau facilit\u0103\u021bi precum magazine sau spitale \u00een apropiere.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>ING Bank<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Chiria_o_solutie_nu_foarte_populara_in_Romania\"><\/span>Chiria, o solu\u021bie nu foarte popular\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Potrivit studiului realizat de institu\u021bia financiar\u0103, Rom\u00e2nia se afl\u0103 pe locul al treilea la nivel european \u00een func\u021bie de num\u0103rul de proprietari care nu au credit ipotecar (46,5%), fiind dep\u0103\u0219it\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 privin\u021b\u0103 doar de Italia (49,3%) \u0219i Polonia (54,1%). De asemenea, rom\u00e2nii se afl\u0103 pe ultimul loc din Europa \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te achizi\u021bionarea unei locuin\u021be prin credit ipotecar (14,9%). <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen acela\u0219i timp, foarte pu\u021bini rom\u00e2ni (11,5%) locuiesc \u00een chirie, comparativ cu aproximativ jum\u0103tate dintre germani (53,5%) sau austrieci (48,4%).
