Acesta estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een contextul pandemiei \u0219i anumitor modific\u0103ri la nivelul legisla\u021biei, pre\u021burile terenurilor agricole se vor men\u021bine la aproximativ acela\u0219i nivel \u00een perioada urm\u0103toare, pe alocuri put\u00e2nd fi consemnate u\u0219oare sc\u0103deri.<\/p>\n<p>Datele furnizate de NAI relev\u0103 c\u0103 valorile de achizi\u021bie ale terenurilor agricole din Rom\u00e2nia se situeaz\u0103, \u00een general vorbind, \u00eentre 3.000 \u0219i 9.000 de euro pe hectar, \u00een func\u021bie de zon\u0103. Cele mai scumpe loturi pot fi g\u0103site \u00een regiunea Munteniei \u0219i \u00een Banat, pe urm\u0103toarele locuri \u00een clasament situ\u00e2ndu-se zonele Oltenia, Cri\u0219ana, Dobrogea, Moldova \u0219i, \u00een fine, Transilvania. <\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103, mai exact, la c\u00e2t ajung pre\u021burile pe acest segment de pia\u021b\u0103 \u2013 raportat la datele din 2019:<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"1_Muntenia\"><\/span>1.
