Dac\u0103 num\u0103rul proiectelor reziden\u021biale cu unit\u0103\u021bi finalizate disponibile spre v\u00e2nzare \u00een Bucure\u0219ti s-a men\u021binut relativ constant, cu o u\u0219oar\u0103 sc\u0103dere (de la 140 la 130) \u00een a doua jum\u0103tate a anului, varia\u021bii mai mari au fost \u00eenregistrate \u00een privin\u021ba proiectelor aflate \u00een construc\u021bie (de la 180 la 150, apoi la 160). <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Ilfov, anul 2020 a \u00eenceput \u00een for\u021b\u0103, cu un total de 3.900 de apartamente noi disponibile spre v\u00e2nzare, reprezent\u00e2nd un avans de 30% fa\u021b\u0103 de cele 3.000 de unit\u0103\u021bi locative consemnate \u00een ultimul p\u0103trar al anului precedent. Fa\u021b\u0103 de perioada similar\u0103 a anului anterior, c\u00e2nd la nivel na\u021bional au fost livrate 19.233 de unit\u0103\u021bi locative, poate fi observat\u0103 o u\u0219oar\u0103 sc\u0103dere, \u00een cuantum de 2,6%. <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen urma evolu\u021biei consemnate \u00een perioada iulie-septembrie, volumul livr\u0103rilor de locuin\u021be din primele nou\u0103 luni ale acestui an s-a cifrat la un total de 48.490 de unit\u0103\u021bi. Potrivit celor mai recente date publicate de Institutul Na\u021bional de Statistic\u0103 (INS), la nivel na\u021bional au fost emise, \u00een trimestrul al treilea din 2020, 12.734 de asemenea avize. De remarcat este c\u0103 aceast\u0103 cifr\u0103 echivaleaz\u0103 cu un avans semnificativ, \u00een cuantum de 38%, comparativ cu trimestrul anterior \u2013 c\u00e2nd erau eliberate doar 9.233 de autoriza\u021bii de construire. <\/p>\n<p>\u0218i comparativ cu perioada similar\u0103 a anului anterior, c\u00e2nd erau emise 11.855 de autoriza\u021bii, poate fi observat\u0103 o tendin\u021b\u0103 ascendent\u0103 a indicatorului analizat. De men\u021bionat este \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103, pe fondul evolu\u021biei pozitive \u00eenregistrate \u00een cel de-al treilea p\u0103trar al anului trecut, ecartul fa\u021b\u0103 de 2019 s-a mai \u00eengustat \u2013 acesta cifr\u00e2ndu-se, \u00een T2 2020, la 12%.
