cele trei luni anterioare, c\u00e2nd s-au men\u021binut, practic, stabile, pre\u021burile apartamentelor (noi \u0219i vechi) disponibile spre achizi\u021bie la nivel na\u021bional s-au mai apreciat \u00een ultima lun\u0103 de var\u0103 a acestui an. Potrivit <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicelui Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong>, suma medie solicitat\u0103 de v\u00e2nz\u0103torii de locuin\u021be din Rom\u00e2nia s-a majorat cu 2% \u00een august fa\u021b\u0103 de iulie 2021, de la 1.478 la 1.508 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. Astfel, cinci dintre marile ora\u0219e monitorizate constant de <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/\">Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong> au \u00eenregistrat evolu\u021bii pozitive la acest capitol, cel mai mare avans av\u00e2nd loc \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, iar cel mai mic, \u00een Timi\u0219oara. Pia\u021ba nou\u0103 a generat varia\u021bii semnificative \u00een Bra\u0219ov \u0219i Bucure\u0219ti<\/a><\/strong> <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bucuresti\"><\/span>Bucure\u0219ti:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pe parcursul lui august, pre\u021burile apartamentelor disponibile spre v\u00e2nzare \u00een capitala \u021b\u0103rii s-au majorat, per ansamblu, cu 2%, de la o medie de 1.538 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1.569 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. A\u0219tept\u0103rile proprietarilor au fost mai ridicate pe ambele segmente de pia\u021b\u0103 analizate: locuin\u021bele din blocurile vechi s-au apreciat, \u00eens\u0103, cu 0,9% (de la 1.476 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat, p\u00e2n\u0103 la 1.489 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat), \u00een vreme ce unit\u0103\u021bile locative din cadrul noilor ansambluri reziden\u021biale au \u00eenregistrat un plus de 2,9% (de la 1.576 la 1.621 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat). <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Brasov\"><\/span>Bra\u0219ov:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Pentru ora\u0219ul de la poalele T\u00e2mpei, <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicele Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong> relev\u0103 un avans de 0,9% al pre\u021burilor apartamentelor, de la 1.429 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul lui iulie, la 1.442 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul lui august. O evolu\u021bie pozitiv\u0103 a avut loc, \u00eens\u0103, doar \u00een cazul locuin\u021belor din blocurile vechi, care s-au apreciat cu 1,4%, de la 1.324 la 1.342 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, locuin\u021bele noi din Bra\u0219ov s-au ieftinit u\u0219or, anume cu 0,3%, de la 1.550 la 1.546 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat.  <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cluj-Napoca\"><\/span>Cluj-Napoca:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen capitala Transilvaniei, a\u0219tept\u0103rile v\u00e2nz\u0103torilor de apartamente s-au diminuat cu 0,3% \u00een a treia lun\u0103 de var\u0103, acestea situ\u00e2ndu-se la o valoare medie de listare de 1.973 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util (fa\u021b\u0103 de 1.979 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat la finele lui iulie). \u00cen ora\u0219ul de pe Some\u0219, pre\u021burile locuin\u021belor din blocurile vechi s-au majorat cu 0,5% (de la 1.956 la 1.965 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat), \u00een vreme ce unit\u0103\u021bile din ansamblurile noi au consemnat o sc\u0103dere de 0,9% (de la 2.002 euro pe metru p\u0103trat, la 1.983 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat). <\/p>\n<p><strong>Cite\u0219te \u0219i:<br \/>\n<a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/evolutia-pietei-rezidentiale-autohtone-in-t2-2021-preturile-cererea-oferta-si-tendintele-de-achizitie_db\/\">Evolu\u021bia pie\u021bei reziden\u021biale autohtone \u00een T2 2021: pre\u021burile, cererea, oferta \u0219i tendin\u021bele de achizi\u021bie<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/t2-2021-preturile-apartamentelor-in-cele-mai-bune-cartiere-ale-marilor-orase_db\/\">T2 2021: Pre\u021burile apartamentelor \u00een cele mai bune cartiere ale marilor ora\u0219e<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Constanta\"><\/span>Constan\u021ba:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen luna august, valoarea medie de listare a apartamentelor scoase la v\u00e2nzare \u00een ora\u0219ul de din sud-estul \u021b\u0103rii s-a majorat cu 0,5%, de la 1.340 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, la 1.347 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Preten\u021biile v\u00e2nz\u0103torilor au crescut pe ambele segmente de pia\u021b\u0103 analizate, \u00eentr-o m\u0103sur\u0103 asem\u0103n\u0103toare: apartamentele vechi s-au apreciat cu 0,4% (de la 1.333 la 1.338 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat), iar unit\u0103\u021bile locative nou-construite, cu 0,6% (de la 1.352 la 1.360 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat). <\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Iasi\"><\/span>Ia\u0219i:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen capitala Moldovei, <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/indicele-imobiliare-ro\">Indicele Imobiliare.ro<\/a><\/strong> a \u00eenregistrat, per ansamblu, un avans de 1,1% pe parcursul lui august, de la o medie de 1.119 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, la 1.131 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pre\u021burile locuin\u021belor din blocurile vechi s-au majorat cu 0,6% luna trecut\u0103, de la 1.123 la 1.130 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pe segmentul apartamentelor nou-construite, pe de alt\u0103 parte, a avut loc o cre\u0219tere de 1,3%, de la o medie de 1.116 euro pe metru p\u0103trat, la 1.131 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Timisoara\"><\/span>Timi\u0219oara:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen capitala Banatului, pre\u021bul mediu solicitat pentru un apartament a crescut cu 0,4% \u00een luna august, de la 1.343 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util, la 1.349 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat. Pe segmentul locuin\u021belor vechi scoase la v\u00e2nzare pe pia\u021ba timi\u0219orean\u0103 a fost consemnat un avans de 0,6% al pre\u021burilor, de la 1.339 la 1.347 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat.
