Pe de alt\u0103 parte, comparativ cu aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2019, pre\u021burile pentru garsoniere \u0219i studiouri sunt mai mici cu aproximativ -2.5%.<\/p>\n<p>Un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere, pe de alt\u0103 parte, se \u00eenchiriaz\u0103 acum cu 430 de euro pe lun\u0103, \u00een cre\u0219tere cu 7%, de la o medie de 400 de euro pe lun\u0103 \u00een august anul trecut. Compar\u00e2nd pre\u021burile actuale cu cele din aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2019, la fel ca \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, consemn\u0103m o dep\u0103\u0219ire (+6%).<\/p>\n<p>Comparativ cu perioada similar\u0103 a anului trecut, pre\u021burile segmentului locuin\u021belor cu trei camere au crescut cu 14.5%, ajung\u00e2nd la 550 de euro pe lun\u0103. De asemenea, pe acest segment au fost dep\u0103\u0219ite cu aproape 2% pre\u021burile solicitate \u00een 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Cele mai mici pre\u021buri medii pe metrul p\u0103trat din Cluj-Napoca s-au \u00eenregistrat \u00een zona Some\u0219eni (6.3 \u20ac\/mp), C\u00e2mpului (6.7 \u20ac\/mp) \u0219i Grigorescu (7.4 \u20ac\/mp), \u00een vreme ce M\u0103r\u0103\u0219ti, Horea sau Calea Turzii se num\u0103r\u0103 printre cele mai scumpe zone cu pre\u021buri care dep\u0103\u0219esc 8 \u20ac\/mp.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Timisoara\"><\/span><strong>Timi\u0219oara:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00cen Timi\u0219oara, suma medie solicitat\u0103 pentru \u00eenchirierea unei garsoniere se situeaz\u0103, la finalul verii 2022, la 200 de euro pe lun\u0103, la fel ca \u00een perioada similar\u0103 a anului trecut. Compar\u00e2nd pre\u021burile actuale cu cele din aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2019, pre\u021burile medii la \u00eenchiriere pentru aceast\u0103 categorie au suferit un declin de -10%.<\/p>\n<p>Segmentul apartamentelor cu dou\u0103 camere a consemnat, comparativ cu anul trecut, o cre\u0219tere u\u0219oar\u0103 a pre\u021bului mediu solicitat, acesta ajung\u00e2nd la 330 de euro pe lun\u0103, fa\u021b\u0103 de 310 de euro pe lun\u0103. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, compar\u00e2nd pre\u021burile actuale cu cele din aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2019, constat\u0103m \u00een continuare o diferen\u021ba de 6%.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219tept\u0103rile proprietarilor pentru apartamentele cu trei camere, pe de alt\u0103 parte, se situeaz\u0103 \u00een momentul de fa\u021b\u0103 la un nivel de 390 de euro pe lun\u0103, comparativ cu 360 de euro, consemnat \u00een 2021. Compar\u00e2nd pre\u021burile actuale cu cele din aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 din 2019, pre\u021burile medii la \u00eenchiriere pentru aceast\u0103 categorie sunt \u00een continuare mai accesibile cu 2.6%.<\/p>\n<p>Conform datelor disponibile pe <a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"http:\/\/imobiliare.ro\">Imobiliare.ro<\/a>, cele mai accesibile chirii din \u00a0Timi\u0219oara sunt \u00een zonele Fabric (4.9 \u20ac\/mp), Freidorf (5.3 \u20ac\/mp) \u0219i Steaua (5.3 \u20ac\/mp). Totodat\u0103, a fost atins nivelul de pre\u021b practicat \u00eenainte de pandemie.<\/p>\n<p>Segmentul apartamentelor cu dou\u0103 camere a consemnat, comparativ cu aceea\u0219i perioad\u0103 a anului trecut, o cre\u0219tere de la 325 eurp\/lun\u0103 la 350 de euro pe lun\u0103.
