Totu\u0219i, \u00een ora\u0219e mari precum Timi\u0219oara, Bra\u0219ov sau Ia\u0219i pre\u021burile apartamentelor au crescut. Pe locul al doilea \u00een top se situeaz\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti, cu un pre\u021b mediu de 1.710 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util \u0219i un regres u\u0219or, de 0,9% \u00een ultimele trei luni. Dup\u0103 un avans de 1,2% \u00een T3 2022, Bra\u0219ov a ajuns la o medie de 1.570 de euro pe metru p\u0103trat util.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe urm\u0103toarele locuri \u00een clasamentul pre\u021burilor din T3 2022 la apartamente se afl\u0103: Constan\u021ba (1.460 \u20ac\/mp), cu o stagnare a pre\u021bului \u00een T3 2022, urmat de Craiova (1.460 \u20ac\/mp), care a \u00eenregistrat o depreciere a pre\u021bului \u00een T3 2023 (-0,9%), Timi\u0219oara (1.430 \u20ac\/mp), cu o cre\u0219tere de 0,8% a pre\u021bului \u00een ultimele trei luni. \u00cen\u00a0 Ia\u0219i s-a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u0219tere a pre\u021bului de 1,5% (1.320 \u20ac\/mp), pe c\u00e2nd \u00een Oradea pre\u021burile au crescut cu 0,2% \u00een T3 2022, ajung\u00e2nd la 1.300 \u20ac\/mp. \u00cen Gala\u021bi pre\u021burile au crescut u\u0219or cu 0,3% (1.070 \u20ac\/mp), pe c\u00e2nd \u00een Ploie\u0219ti au crescut \u00eentr-un ritm u\u0219or mai alert, de 0.6% (1.050 \u20ac\/mp). \u00cen cele din urm\u0103, \u00een Br\u0103ila pre\u021burile din ultimele 3 luni au crescut cu 1% (990 \u20ac\/mp).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comparativ cu perioada similar\u0103 a anului anterior, pre\u021burile solicitare pentru propriet\u0103\u021bile reziden\u021biale scoase la v\u00e2nzare \u00een toate ora\u0219ele analizate, au \u00eenregistrat cre\u0219teri. Cel mai semnificativ avans a avut loc \u00een Cluj-Napoca (+22,5%), o cre\u0219tere de dou\u0103 cifre fiind consemnat\u0103 \u0219i \u00een celelalte centre regionale: Ia\u0219i (+16%), Bra\u0219ov (+13,9%), Craiova (+13,7%), Oradea (+13,2%) \u0219i Br\u0103ila (+10.2%), urmate de Timi\u0219oara (+8,3%), Constan\u021ba (+7,2%), Gala\u021bi (+5,1%), Ploie\u0219ti (+5%) \u0219i Bucure\u0219ti (+4,6%).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Compar\u00e2nd pre\u021burile actuale cu cele practicate acum doi ani, cea mai mare diferen\u021b\u0103 de pre\u021b, respectiv +33,3%, poate fi observat\u0103 \u00een Cluj-Napoca, \u00een vreme ce Bra\u0219ov se situeaz\u0103 pe pozi\u021bia secundar\u0103 \u00een clasament, cu 30,8%. Astfel, aproximativ 93.800 de poten\u021biali cump\u0103r\u0103tori au c\u0103utat apartamente \u0219i case scoase la v\u00e2nzare pe Imobiliare.ro \u00een cele mai mari \u0219ase ora\u0219e ale \u021b\u0103rii \u2013 cifr\u0103 ce echivaleaz\u0103 cu o contrac\u021bie de 1% fa\u021b\u0103 de al doilea p\u0103trat din 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te dimensiunea pie\u021bei din perspectiva cererii de apartamente \u0219i case consemnate pe Imobiliare.ro, Bucure\u0219tiul se situeaz\u0103, \u00een mod firesc, pe primul loc \u00een clasament, la o distan\u021b\u0103 considerabil\u0103 de celelalte centre regionale \u2013 50.300 de poten\u021biali cump\u0103r\u0103tori. Pe locul secundar se afl\u0103 Cluj-Napoca, cu 2.940 de oferte, \u00een sc\u0103dere cu -30,7%. Sc\u0103deri ale num\u0103rului de propriet\u0103\u021bi listate la \u00eenchiriere s-au \u00eenregistrat \u0219i Timi\u0219oara, unde au fost publicate 2.790 de propriet\u0103\u021bi, \u00een sc\u0103dere cu 21,4% fa\u021b\u0103 de perioada similar\u0103 a anului anterior.
