Similar, pe pia\u021ba nou\u0103, ritmul de cre\u0219tere al pre\u021burilor a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u0219tere de 7% \u00een anul 2022, \u00een timp ce \u00een 2021 a consemnat o cre\u0219tere mai alert\u0103 \u0219i anume, de 17%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe de alt\u0103 parte, \u00een Bra\u0219ov, pre\u021burile au crescut \u00eentr-un ritm alert \u00een anul 2022, de la 1.459 de euro la 1.623 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. Astfel, s-a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u0219tere de 11%, \u00een compara\u021bie cu 18% \u00een anul 2021. Pia\u021ba reziden\u021bial\u0103 veche a evoluat \u00eentr-un ritm mai lent \u00een anul 2022, ea consemn\u00e2nd o cre\u0219tere de 8%, comparativ cu 16% \u00een anul anterior. Pe pia\u021ba nou\u0103, ritmul de cre\u0219tere al pre\u021burilor a \u00eenregistrat o cre\u0219tere de 19% \u00een anul 2022, \u00een timp ce \u00een 2021 a consemnat o cre\u0219tere de 17%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cluj-Napoca a consemnat o majorare de 14%&nbsp; a pre\u021bului mediu solicitat pe segmentul locuin\u021belor \u00een 2022, de la 2.105 la 2.410 euro pe metru p\u0103trat util. \u00cen ceea ce prive\u0219te pia\u021ba reziden\u021bial\u0103 veche, aceasta a evoluat \u00eentr-un ritm mai lent \u00een anul 2022, ea consemn\u00e2nd o cre\u0219tere de 10%, comparativ cu 18% \u00een anul anterior. Pe pia\u021ba nou\u0103, ritmul de cre\u0219tere al pre\u021burilor a \u00eenregistrat o evolu\u021bie de 23% \u00een anul 2022, \u00een timp ce \u00een 2021 a consemnat o cre\u0219tere mai lent\u0103 \u0219i anume, de 11%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Timi\u0219oara, ritmul de cre\u0219tere al pre\u021burilor a \u00eenregistrat un avans de 6% \u00een anul 2022, comparativ cu 7% \u00een anul 2021. Astfel, pre\u021bul mediu pe metru p\u0103trat util a crescut de la 1.378 de euro la 1.454 euro. Pia\u021ba reziden\u021bial\u0103 veche din acest centru regional a evoluat u\u0219or \u00een anul 2022, \u00eenregistr\u00e2nd astfel o cre\u0219tere de 4%, comparativ cu 5% \u00een anul anterior. Pe pia\u021ba nou\u0103, ritmul de cre\u0219tere al pre\u021burilor a \u00eenregistrat o evolu\u021bie de 10% \u00een anul 2022, \u00een timp ce \u00een 2021 a consemnat o cre\u0219tere cu 11%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, \u00een Constan\u021ba, ritmul de cre\u0219tere a fost mai lent \u00een anul 2022, \u00eenregistr\u00e2ndu-se o cre\u0219tere procentual\u0103 de doar 2%, comparativ cu 14% \u00een 2021, pre\u021bul mediu pe metru p\u0103trat util ajung\u00e2nd la 1.431 de euro (de la 1.408 euro). \u00cen pia\u021ba reziden\u021bial\u0103 veche se observ\u0103 o sc\u0103dere de 1% \u00een anul 2022 \u0219i o cre\u0219tere de 11% \u00een anul 2021. Pe pia\u021ba nou\u0103, ritmul de cre\u0219tere al pre\u021burilor a \u00eenregistrat o evolu\u021bie de 4% \u00een anul 2022, \u00een timp ce \u00een 2021 a consemnat o cre\u0219tere cu 17%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cererea_a_scazut_usor_insa_numarul_de_tranzactii_imobiliare_a_crescut\"><\/span><strong>Cererea a sc\u0103zut u\u0219or, \u00eens\u0103 num\u0103rul de tranzac\u021bii imobiliare a crescut<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen anul 2022, cererea de locuin\u021be din marile ora\u0219e a \u00eenregistrat un declin semnificativ fa\u021b\u0103 de anul anterior, ajung\u00e2nd la 317.000 de poten\u021biali cump\u0103r\u0103tori (fa\u021b\u0103 de 419.000 \u00een 2021). Num\u0103rul de tranzac\u021bii imobiliare la nivel na\u021bional a crescut u\u0219or: 640.000 de tranzac\u021bii \u00een 2022, fa\u021b\u0103 624.000 de tranzac\u021bii \u00een anul 2021.
