Ar trebui s\u0103 mai a\u0219tept cu achizi\u021bia unei locuin\u021be<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 declan\u0219area recesiunii economice, mul\u021bi poten\u021biali cump\u0103r\u0103tori au c\u0103zut \u00eentr-o stare de expectativ\u0103, am\u00e2n\u00e2ndu-\u0219i deciziile de achizi\u021bie pe termen (mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin) nedefinit. Motiva\u021bia acestui comportament a fost dubl\u0103: pe de o parte, ace\u0219ti poten\u021biali cump\u0103r\u0103tori resim\u021beau o acut\u0103 nesiguran\u021b\u0103 \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te situa\u021bia economic\u0103 \u2013 personal\u0103, dar \u0219i general\u0103; pe de alt\u0103 parte, mul\u021bi mizau pe accentuarea tendin\u021bei de sc\u0103dere a pre\u021burilor, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t s\u0103 poat\u0103 cump\u0103ra o locuin\u021b\u0103 la un pre\u021b c\u00e2t mai mic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen momentul de fa\u021b\u0103, aceast\u0103 din urm\u0103 a\u0219teptare este nerealist\u0103, cel pu\u021bin pentru viitorul apropiat. Este adev\u0103rat c\u0103 pia\u021ba imobiliar\u0103 are o evolu\u021bie ciclic\u0103, trec\u00e2nd prin perioade succesive de cre\u0219teri \u0219i sc\u0103deri, \u00eens\u0103 datele de pia\u021b\u0103 arat\u0103 c\u0103 ea se afl\u0103 momentan \u00eentr-un nou ciclu de cre\u0219tere (mai temperat dec\u00e2t \u00een 2007-2008). M\u0103 pot descurca singur cu tot ceea ce presupune o tranzac\u021bie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mul\u021bi rom\u00e2ni au o mentalitate de tip \u201edo-it-yourself\u201d, inclusiv \u00een imobiliare. Trebuie s\u0103 iau decizia de achizi\u021bie c\u00e2t mai repede<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe fondul ritmului alert de cre\u0219tere a pre\u021burilor, deciziile de achizi\u021bie se luau foarte rapid \u00een perioada de boom.
