Pre\u021burile apartamentelor cu trei camere din acest centru regional se remarc\u0103 printr-o evolu\u021bie anual\u0103 de 16,4%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/inchirieri-apartamente\/cluj-napoca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cluj-Napoca<\/a><\/strong>, pre\u021burile solicitate s-au men\u021binut la 300 de euro pe lun\u0103 pentru o garsonier\u0103, 475 de euro pe lun\u0103 pentru un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere \u0219i 600 de euro pe lun\u0103 pentru trei camere. Cea mai semnificativ\u0103 evolu\u021bie anual\u0103 a pre\u021burilor apartamentelor de \u00eenchiriat din Cluj-Napoca s-a \u00eenregistrat la categoria de apartamente tricamerale, unde acestea au crescut cu 15,3%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen <strong><a class=\"article-body-links\"href=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/inchirieri-apartamente\/constanta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Constan\u021ba<\/a><\/strong>, chiriile ajung la 270 de euro pe lun\u0103 pentru o garsonier\u0103, 400 de euro pe lun\u0103 pentru un apartament cu dou\u0103 camere \u0219i 550 de euro pe lun\u0103 pentru o locuin\u021b\u0103 cu trei camere.
