Propriet\u0103\u021bile reziden\u021biale din Rom\u00e2nia se v\u00e2nd cu un pre\u021b mediu de 1.465 euro\/mp util, fa\u021b\u0103 de 1.444 euro\/mp util \u00een 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u00cen ciuda a\u0219tept\u0103rilor, pia\u021ba reziden\u021bial\u0103 a performat bine \u00een primele trei trimestre din acest an, de\u0219i condi\u021biile au fost dificile: infla\u021bia care a erodat puterea de cump\u0103rare, dob\u00e2nzile ridicate, starea general\u0103 de instabilitate.
