Interesul pentru apartamentele \u0219i casele noi s-a majorat \u00eentr-un ritm mai alert fa\u021b\u0103 de cel aferent pie\u021bei vechi. Avansul de 22% \u00een cerere pentru locuin\u021bele finalizate dup\u0103 2020 este cel mai mare \u00eenregistrat \u00een r\u00e2ndul principalelor centre regionale din \u021bar\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen Cluj-Napoca cre\u0219terea cererii a fost mai timid\u0103 la \u00eenceputul anului, cu aproape 7%. Un avans similar a ap\u0103rut \u00een Timi\u0219oara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O revenire a apetitului de achizi\u021bie pe fondul condi\u021biilor bune din pia\u021b\u0103 a fost vizibil\u0103, astfel, \u00eenc\u0103 de la \u00eenceputul anului. Datele Imobiliare.ro indic\u0103 \u0219i o sc\u0103dere cu 15% a num\u0103rului de case \u0219i apartamente noi disponibile la v\u00e2nzare comparativ cu perioada similar\u0103 a anului trecut. Problemele \u00eent\u00e2lnire \u00een rela\u021bia dintre dezvoltatori \u0219i administra\u021bia local\u0103 persist\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reduceri considerabile ale num\u0103rului de propriet\u0103\u021bi disponibile \u00een pia\u021b\u0103 continu\u0103 s\u0103 se vad\u0103 \u0219i acum at\u00e2t \u00een Capital\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een celelalte mari ora\u0219e din \u021bar\u0103.
