Pl\u0103\u021bile ulterioare sunt corelate cu stadiile de construc\u021bie. Mai mult, dezvoltatorii sunt obliga\u021bi s\u0103 ofere garan\u021bii bancare. Sistemul german include garan\u021bii pentru returnarea sumelor pl\u0103tite, \u00een cazul \u00een care apar probleme cu finalizarea proiectului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen <strong>Marea Britanie<\/strong> avansul solicitat poate varia.
