Ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 acest lucru? Cl\u0103direa are un consum de energie aproape zero sau foarte sc\u0103zut \u0219i acoperit \u00een propor\u021bie de cel pu\u021bin 30% cu energie din surse regenerabile, inclusiv cu energie din surse regenerabile produs\u0103 la fa\u021ba locului sau \u00een apropiere, pe o raz\u0103 de 30 de kilometri fa\u021b\u0103 de cl\u0103dire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt aspect important pe care este bine s\u0103 \u00eel cuno\u0219ti este \u0219i acela c\u0103 nZEB a fost introdus \u00eenc\u0103 din 2021 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Prima faz\u0103 a acestui proiect imobiliar aflat \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, \u00een vecin\u0103tatea Lacului Str\u0103ule\u0219ti, a fost finalizat\u0103 \u0219i v\u00e2ndut\u0103 integral la \u00eenceputul lui 2020. Pentru dezvoltatori mari, ca noi, aceast\u0103 tranzi\u021bie a fost u\u0219oar\u0103 datorit\u0103 echipei noastre tehnice interne \u0219i experien\u021bei din fazele anterioare, livrate la timp \u0219i \u00een buget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tranzi\u021bia c\u0103tre standardul nZEB a implicat o \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a specifica\u021biilor de proiectare presupun\u00e2nd <strong>redimensionarea<\/strong> <strong>izola\u021biei<\/strong> <strong>termice<\/strong> <strong>a<\/strong> <strong>anvelopei<\/strong> <strong>cl\u0103dirilor<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>la<\/strong> <strong>10<\/strong> <strong>cm<\/strong> <strong>la<\/strong> <strong>15<\/strong> <strong>cm<\/strong>, <strong>utilizarea<\/strong> <strong>t\u00e2mpl\u0103riei<\/strong> <strong>cu<\/strong> <strong>eficien\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103<\/strong> <strong>ridicat\u0103<\/strong> (profil PVC premium, sticl\u0103 de tip tripan cu baghet\u0103 cald\u0103), <strong>montarea<\/strong> <strong>recuperatoarelor<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>c\u0103ldur\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>integrarea panourilor<\/strong> <strong>solare<\/strong> <strong>pe<\/strong> <strong>terasele<\/strong> <strong>cl\u0103dirilor<\/strong>. Obliga\u021biile impuse de nZEB, echipamentele suplimentare necesare \u0219i cre\u0219terea costurilor de construc\u021bie sunt motive evidente pentru aceste scumpiri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Investi\u021biile \u00een echipamente energetice eficiente \u0219i izola\u021bii performante asigur\u0103 economii pe termen lung \u0219i eficien\u021b\u0103 energetic\u0103, dar aduc o <strong>cre\u0219tere<\/strong> <strong>imediat\u0103<\/strong> <strong>a<\/strong> <strong>pre\u021bului<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>achizi\u021bie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen plus, cl\u0103dirile nZEB de ast\u0103zi au fost construite \u00een perioada pandemiei, o perioad\u0103 care a marcat deja o cre\u0219tere semnificativ\u0103 a pre\u021burilor.
