Cererea s-a men\u021binut la un nivel bun, dar oferta a continuat s\u0103 scad\u0103 at\u00e2t pe segmentul v\u00e2nz\u0103rilor, c\u00e2t \u0219i pe cel al \u00eenchirierilor. Noi recorduri au fost \u00eenregistrate la nivelul pre\u021burilor \u00een marile ora\u0219e din \u021bar\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imobiliare.ro v\u0103 prezint\u0103, \u00een continuare, principalele tendin\u021be \u00eenregistrate \u00een ultimul an pe pia\u021ba reziden\u021bial\u0103, dar \u0219i a\u0219tept\u0103rile exper\u021bilor pentru 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>TVA a crescut la locuin\u021be, dar cump\u0103r\u0103torii nu au dat \u00eenapoi. Acum, politica influen\u021beaz\u0103 cererea.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenceputul anului 2024 a fost marcat de cre\u0219terea TVA-ului pentru locuin\u021bele cu pre\u021buri mai mari de 120.000 de euro. Se discuta atunci despre o posibil\u0103 descurajare a unor segmente de cump\u0103r\u0103tori pe fondul acestei decizii. Cre\u0219terea substan\u021bial\u0103 a veniturilor popula\u021biei, \u00een special \u00een ora\u0219ele mari, coroborat\u0103 cu un nivel acceptabil al ofertei de creditare, a sus\u021binut o astfel de evolu\u021bie. BNR a dat un semnal pozitiv la jum\u0103tatea anului prin reducerea dob\u00e2nzii cheie \u00eentr-o perioad\u0103 \u00een care infla\u021bia confirmase un trend descendent.
