Primii afecta\u021bi, angaja\u021bii din construc\u021bii<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salaria\u021bii din construc\u021bii vor fi primii afecta\u021bi de m\u0103surile incluse \u00een Ordonan\u021ba trenule\u021b. Prin aplicarea acestora ei \u00ee\u0219i vor pierde automat 10% din c\u00e2\u0219tiguri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Pentru a-\u0219i putea p\u0103stra for\u021ba de munc\u0103, <strong>angajatorii vor trebui, dac\u0103 pot, s\u0103 acopere o diferen\u021b\u0103 de peste 450 de lei pe angajat pe lun\u0103<\/strong>, calculat la salariul minim din construc\u021bii.<strong> Firmele mici \u0219i chiar mijlocii care nu vor putea acoperi aceste diferen\u021be vor disp\u0103rea de pe pia\u021b\u0103<\/strong>&#8222;, potrivit Directorului General FPSC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Probabil c\u0103 \u00een anumite sectoare, cum ar fi cel reziden\u021bial \u00een care finan\u021batorul nu mai este statul, poate s\u0103 creasc\u0103 din nou <strong>fenomenul de &lt;munc\u0103 la gri&gt;<\/strong>&#8222;, a mai men\u021bionat Iftime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/salarii-constructii.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-71342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/salarii-constructii.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/salarii-constructii-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.imobiliare.ro\/imoexpert\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/salarii-constructii-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Practic, unii dintre salaria\u021bi vor fi tenta\u021bi sau chiar vor accepta s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 un venit mai mic \u00een acte \u0219i s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 restul banilor &#8222;\u00een plic&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i reprezen\u021bii platformei de locuri de munc\u0103 eJobs sunt de p\u0103rere c\u0103 fenomenul muncii la gri poate lua amploare \u00een sectorul construc\u021biilor \u00een urm\u0103toarea perioad\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;<strong>Ordonan\u021ba va pune \u0219i mai mult\u0103 presiune pe un sector care era \u0219i \u00eenainte unul dintre cele mai afectate de deficitul de for\u021b\u0103 de munc\u0103<\/strong>. Pe de o parte, vom vedea tot mai mul\u021bi <strong>angaja\u021bi reorint\u00e2ndu-se spre alte domenii, mai bine pl\u0103tite<\/strong>, ceea ce va accentua \u0219i mai mult deficitul. Pe de alt\u0103 parte, <strong>eliminarea facilit\u0103\u021bilor fiscale va \u00eencuraja cre\u0219terea economiei gri<\/strong>, c\u0103ci o parte dintre angajatori vor c\u0103uta s\u0103 evite cre\u0219terea costurilor&#8221;, ne-a declarat<strong> Raluca Dumitra, CMO eJobs<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anul trecut, 9% din totalul locurilor de munc\u0103 noi de pe eJobs au venit de la angajatori din sectorul construc\u021biilor, domeniul situ\u00e2ndu-se pe locul 7, \u00een cre\u0219tere cu o pozi\u021bie fa\u021b\u0103 de 2023. Discut\u0103m despre mai bine de 26.000 de locuri de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;Eliminarea facilit\u0103\u021bilor fiscale va duce la <strong>\u0219i mai mult\u0103 impredictibilitate \u00een pia\u021b\u0103<\/strong>. Companiile care vor \u00eencerca s\u0103 suporte diferen\u021bele salariale pentru a nu pierde angaja\u021bii vor suferi <strong>presiuni financiare foarte mari<\/strong>. Vom vedea \u0219i companii pe care impactul le va destabiliza semnificativ. De asemenea, o parte din noile costuri vor fi transferate c\u0103tre consumatori, ceea ce se va reflecta \u00een pre\u021buri mai mari&#8221;, a mai ad\u0103ugat ea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Ce cre\u0219teri ale pre\u021burilor anticipeaz\u0103 speciali\u0219tii?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Materialele de construc\u021bii s-au scumpit semnificativ \u00een 2024.
