Aceasta este cea mai c\u0103utat\u0103 tipologie de locuin\u021b\u0103 \u00een r\u00e2ndul celor care stau cu chirie \u0219i cea mai larg \u00eent\u00e2lnit\u0103 \u00een oferta de pe pia\u021ba local\u0103.
