De ce? Principalul atribut \u00een Bucure\u0219ti este proximitatea fa\u021b\u0103 de metrou\u201d, a declarat <\/em><strong><em>Daniel Crainic, Director de Marketing Imobiliare.ro<\/em><\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Lucr\u0103ri \u00een plin\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urare \u00een nordul Bucure\u0219tiului. La nivelul ora\u0219ului de l\u00e2ng\u0103 Bucure\u0219ti activitatea pe segmentul reziden\u021bial nou a \u00eenceput s\u0103 accelereze \u00een 2015. Pe atunci, ai fi putut deveni proprietarul unei case pl\u0103tind 800 euro\/mp util. Dac\u0103 la \u00eenceputul anului 2015 o astfel de locuin\u021b\u0103 putea fi cump\u0103rat\u0103, \u00een medie, cu 63.000 de euro, la primele trei luni ale acestui an costa<strong> 105.000 de euro<\/strong>.
