Apartamentele se v\u00e2nd, \u00een medie, cu circa 3.300 euro\/mp util \u00een cartierele Bun\u0103 Ziua \u0219i Europa. Drumul Poienii este cea scump\u0103 zon\u0103 bra\u0219ovean\u0103, pre\u021bul mediu solicitat pentru apartamentele listate la v\u00e2nzare ajung\u00e2nd la 3.028 euro\/mp util. <strong>Pragul de 3.000 euro\/mp util nu este atins \u00een niciun alt mare ora\u0219 din \u021bar\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nu doar cel mai scump cartier din Rom\u00e2nia poate fi g\u0103sit \u00een Capital\u0103, ci \u0219i cel mai ieftin.<\/strong> Ora\u0219ul este unul marcat de contraste puternice la nivelul pie\u021bei reziden\u021biale, diferen\u021bele fiind mai vizibile dec\u00e2t \u00een orice alt centru urban major analizat de Imobiliare.ro. Pre\u021burile mici vin, \u00eens\u0103, cu unele compromisuri atunci c\u00e2nd vine vorba de reputa\u021bia zonei \u00een care se afl\u0103 locuin\u021ba. Pentru un apartament localizat \u00eentr-un imobil din cartierul <strong>Falez\u0103 Nord<\/strong> chiria medie lunar\u0103 ajunge la 1.000 euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cel mai ieftin cartier pentru chiria\u0219ii din marile ora\u0219e poate fi g\u0103sit, \u00een schimb, \u00een Timi\u0219oara.<\/strong> Este vorba despre zona UMT unde \u00eenchirierea unui apartament necesit\u0103 un buget mediu lunar de 220 euro.
